I've read it as well, and I liked it. Sheeva, submission and sodomy, hard to go wrong, really.
You managed to hit most of my buttons so naturally I'm one those people to whom the story seems much better, too.
You already acknowledged that it's a bit short, so there's not much point in me remarking upon that, but, let's say... about 10-15% more detail would have been great!
Good title, too - does exactly what it says on the tin.
    That's about it, I guess.

They sure do! That's why I had to move back up the mountain and install guard marmots.
All seriousness aside, and further to the previous points made, I think another issue you might have is one that I also have had - flicking through, it appears that most of your stories are oneshot stories, that means that they're in the first few pages for a bit, and then gone, and waiting for someone to go look for that specific fandom/scroll down past more recent fics. There's an apparent habit that a lot of readers seem to operate on a "review new stories, but not bother too much with older ones" basis. I found that when I did multipart stories I generally ended up with more reviews per hitcount spread over multiple chapters than than my oneshots. I guess I just prefer oneshots and take that hit to reviews!
I quite like the five word "Liked it. Do more. MORE." reviews. Unless that's all I've had from someone I did a request for. Then it's kind've irksome. But that's a rant for another time, place, and state of sobriety.
Oh, and your My Friend DJ story - didn't get to read it, but was looking through for oneshots and it looks like the formatting has all been lost. Just a wall o' text! Which wasn't the style of the others I flicked in, so assuming not intended. Heads up for you there

Actually, I disagree to an extent. Even a "Good story, keep it up!" review can provide a lot of motivation for a writer. It's certainly easier to garner hoards of reviews if you write in one of the more popular fandoms, or if you follow the more popular trends in Original fiction. For me, that just makes my few reviews the more wonderful.
Some of my most cherished reviews are the wonderful concrit my dear friend Shadowknight left for me. Sadly, real life has him far too busy to come and play with the deviants here, but he was a treasure as a reader and reviewer. However, the reaction from some authors, who delete reviews they think are unfavorable or reflect a lack of understanding on the part of a reader, will cause reviewers to stop reviewing.
If you take the time to leave a review, it means the author got a response from you. As an author, that's what I want. I want to know I got to you, good or bad. I also want to grow as a writer, and knowing what I did wrong is as valuable as knowing what I did right.
To touch on what LockedBox said, creating a thread to communicate with readers is a great way to build a loyal base of readers who'll review you. Readers love getting to know an author, and they might be more candid in a discussion thread than on a public review board as well.
Scribophile is a good workshop/writing group, but it's not really an archive, since non-paying members can only have two works at a time posted there. However, if you want to improve as a writer, it's a great place to belong. You actually need to review/critique to obtain points before you can post, so the entire site is involved in the review and critique of the submitted works. It's plentiful feedback, but again, it's not an archive. At some point, you'll need to either pay for membership, or move your reviewed, critiqued and polished works to an archive.

I'm going to take a leaf out of JayDee's book and promote my own stuff:
http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600088799 Wolf's Snare - my ongoing insanely ambitious Lara Croft x Wolves fic
http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600088712 Enter Shaundi - slightly more anthro I suppose, but it's a Saints Row fic where Shaundi shacks up with the Raptor king
http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600088019 Misturu's in Heat and Bitches - two girl x dog fics based on Persona 3
http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600087608 The Princess and the Wolf - Princess Zelda x Wolf Link from Twilight Princess
    http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600087297 Joyriding with Angel's Tiger - Saint's Row 3, female boss x tiger
http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600082519 Primal Union - Donkey Kong and Princess Peach - my first proper beast fic, not sure how well it holds up.
Might I strongly recommend JayDee's Corinthian Knot - it's one of my favourite beast fics http://games.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600087024

    Dear Libby
You poor dear, I am so glad you came to me. I understand this is going to take a woman's touch. A man who listens that well is simply not to be passed up. Now dear, next time you go to your beloved, don't let anyone know your plans. Often the love of an older man and a young woman is not understood. And your man has been hanging around awhile sweetheart.
So, you will need a few simple items you can pick up at the hardware. A new shovel, sorry they took the first one from you. A bit of paint thinner, and some ladies garden gloves. Then a few empty bottles from the recycling, and some cloth and a sword if you can manage it. You may have to go to the mall for that last bit. Fill the bottles with the paint thinner and stuff cloth into the tops. You will light them later as a makeshift bomb. Now isn't that fun! Don't forget to pick up a lighter as I am sure you don't smoke young lady, nasty habit.
Now, a few weeks hence. When the police have forgotten your existence you will leap into action. Ignite and throw the little bomb things somewhere close to the graveyard, but not too close. Then use this time to slip in and unearth your intended. This is where the shovel comes in handy and the garden gloves. Now if you do not dig fast you may have to deal with the staff. I am hoping it does not come to this, but if it does you must use the sword on whomever shows up. You will not be with your love if you can not do this.
Oh, and although a full moon is tempting, resist. It will be too easy to spot you when things get well, a little chaotic.
    Sincerely,
    Mrs. Tightbottom

    For The Scapegoat:
Thank you! I know you've been busy, so the fact that you read my little story is marvelous.
It is a sort of steampunk world, and full of a great deal of strangeness, the kind of place only an author can love. No one's very nice, but they're growing on me.
I hadn't quite twigged to the netizen aspects of the "Tehs" name, although it was an ironic homage to my own inability to type certain days. However, given the nature of the world itself, that aspect might work all on its own. Imagine a steampunk web...

I must admit I find it worse when they're posting this kind of content to somewhere completely age inappropriate like fanfiction.net. Membership at that site is very young, and it's not right for the young'ns to be exposed to that filth.

If the entire Celebrity subdomain vanished mysteriously overnight, I would not mourn. The few times anything on this site freaked me out badly enough to make me walk away from my computer and go off to chain-smoke half a pack of cigarettes on my terrace in the middle of a blizzard has been while I was sweeping RPF fics.
Not a dig at RPF writers, but it's a form of fandom I don't seem to be able to grasp.
And JD, I'm sorry one of your fics was used in that manner.

Firstly, I'd like to welcome all the new users we're seeing daily! Glad to have you here! Please do familiarize yourself with the Terms of Service and Content Guidelines. This IS a moderated archive.

    Moderation Status (2014)

    Category requests and creation
There are a few ways where I'll create a new subcategory, upon request.

First (and quickest), request it in the forum. Directions for that are here. You don't need a forum login to make this request.
Request via email, at technicalsupport@adult-fanfiction.org?subject=New Category. The above rules apply to an email request as well.

Name the fandom in your story itself, by disclaiming it properly. I go through the misc. categories about once a week and create categories for stories where there isn't one.

Please note this does NOT apply to pair specific type categories. For those, I need to see links to 5 pre-existing stories, with the pair that you want the category for.

Finally, if I ask for clarification before creating the category, please provide the information I need. If you don’t, I won’t create the category.

    Common Plot Devices
When one sees a story based upon a plot device that is being used in a fandom (i.e. human AU for Buffy/Angel, creature fics in HP, that sort of thing), do not automatically assume that because your favorite author used the device, it then becomes his or her property. That’s simply not the case at all. Use of a plot device such at that does NOT constitute plagiarism. Further, harassment of authors for USING a plot device that someone else has used, claiming theft, will not be tolerated.

    Author Update Times
Kindly remember that our authors have lives outside of their writing. There are often many things which will delay updates, where updates were regular before. Please be patient with those authors, and understand that their REAL lives must always take precedence to what they post. If you want to know why an author is slow in updating and post that to a review board, ASK, don’t HARASS.

    Tagging your Stories
As authors, you know what story tags apply to your story. If adding the tags to the summary might be a spoiler of some sort for it, we recommend that you add the tag needed in the story, at the top of the chapter that the tag is needed for. There are, of course, certain tags that would generally apply to any story when posted, and those would go to the summary at the time of story creation. List of story tags is here.

    Funding Status
As always, we appreciate and thank everyone who can donate. It's certainly not required of the users, but every little bit helps!

    Staff Added Story tags
Some users will find that their older stories will have tags added. I don't do this for all stories, only the ones we find during clean up, which either need tags which did not exist at the time of posting, or were added a long time ago with insufficient tags. It's silly of us to email the user to fix it after years of it being like that. So, in those for instances, and ONLY those for instances, I fix them. Once I add them, please don't remove them.

    Stories downed by the author(s)
In the course of writing, authors will choose at times to down their work. In that for instance, we ask that you respect the decision made by the author. This means, do not use our forum to ask for copies, or try to pass around material that is not yours.

    TOS Enforcement
Enforcement is done across the board, no favorites are played. It is up to the user to be sure that he or she is familiar with both the Terms of Service and Content Guidelines, and that his or her story is in compliance. This goes back to the fact that this is a moderated archive. This is PART of the moderation.

    Tech Bits
    Transitional tasks-
These are functions that normally the user would do, but while parts of the software are still the old stuff, it falls to me.
Anonymous reviews turned on/off – The default is to disallow. I run a query daily to ALLOW them. If you DON'T want them enabled for you, email me and I'll make the adjustment.
Old format profile – This is currently inaccessible for user edits. Users can only edit the new profile. So, if there is information in your old style profile that you want gone, again, email me and I will take care of it.
    Tech support, directions given
Just to reiterate, when I email out step by DIRECTIONS on how to do something, that is exactly what they are. Not suggestions, but directions. If followed as stepped out, it works very well. This means that the user must follow them in the order the steps are given.

    Center login boxes
The boxes are intended for use for activation and registration ONLY. Once you've activated and/or registered, please logout, then BACK in, using the boxes at the upper right corner of your browser screen.

Our FAQ section has much useful information. Having said that, if you're still having trouble, you can either email tech support, or post in the tech support forum. It can take me up to 48 hours to respond, due to real life obligations. Please be patient, I WILL get to you as soon as I can.
Please remember that the authors you read do like to hear from you! Leave them a review or two, and let them know how they're doing!
