No sleep at all last night, 6 hours in the emergency ward because of my mum falling ill, and my favourite author, Sir Terry Pratchett, dies. Not been a good day.

Spent the night in the emergency department with my mom, who apparently has pneumonia.

wishing I had a time machine -- so I could take some youngsters back to the days of the card catalog therein demonstrating the ease of the newfangled search functions. Harrumph!

Little J's finally home! She's all swaddled in her bassinet! She likes it. Maybe her temp will go up now that her arms can't get out (what is with my kid and having to have her arms ABOVE the head while asleep?)
