We have an intermittent cookie problem directly linked with the old software and the old age verification page. I can't just disable the page, as it'll make it so that users can do nothing at all. You need to clear your cache and cookies.

The user was having some issues, which we've resolved. I'm emailing her the link to this so she can put the titles and subdomain of her hidden stories, as she was able to edit and correct.

Part of the issue looks to be account duplication. I'll add you to my queue, so that can be resolved. The other thing that'll stop this, is to login from the member portal, and THEN go in to the archives.

This issue is most commonly caused by a corrupted cookie string. I've emailed you back, btw..

When clearing cookies, in order for it to work in any browser, you must close it and restart it. You don't do that, it won't work. For Internet Explorer, you must restart your computer as well. By your saying that it was staying on the same page, it tells me either the password was corrupted (I checked, the password was there), or the cookies were corrupted. Until we get the final part of the coding ported in, there is going to be an intermittent cookie issue because of that bedamned blue age verification page. I can't disable it, or the story functions won't work. I tried that already. Thing is, that thing sets in a persistent cookie which does tend to interfere with the newer ones intermittently. Until it can be made to disappear, which it will when the storyboarding part of the archive is upgraded, it will continue to cause issues.

This FAQ shows exactly how to add a story. If your browser is giving you an error, in order to find and fix whatever the error is for you, you need to TELL us what the error is. As it is, in six different browsers, I've been unable to duplicate this issue. This is why details are so very important.

If you're using the center login box, and not the login box at the upper right, you have to CLICK where it says login, or it won't work.

Once the records are removed from the database, they're gone.

Hi there, A couple things, if the site is having the password autofill the password in FF, you'll want to TYPE in your password. Remember that the passwords are case sensitive though. If that doesn't work, we do have an intermittent cookie issue affecting some users, where the user has to manually delete any AFF cookies, close and restart the browser.

Your login name is now your email address. I just searched the db, and found no one with that user name in it. Then I looked in the underagers tables. Apparently, you'd created an account in 2009 before you turned 18. That account was deleted.

First of all, without being able to look you up (I tried, but what you used for forum is pulling no matches), I can't point you to your own old and new profiles. The old format has been left up for users to retrieve their data To get to it, you have to have a link structured like so: anime . adultfanfiction . net /authors . php ? User ID number. Remove the spaces and add your UID to the end and you have your old profile. Here is mine as an example. DG - Old profile. You could easily click that link and simply copy/paste your user id number where mine is, and that gives you that profile. To get to your new profile, you know to click "My Profile". If there's nothing there, or not much there, it's because you've not added it or modified it. Keep your old profile open in a separate tab, so you can get the data FROM it to transfer to the new one, including populating your recommended reading list.
