Why?? Just why should hair color matter? It's like skin color; nobody should be judged based in that either.
Michele Eliot, the American director of British children's charity Kidscape, regularly has significant numbers of red-haired children in courses on coping with bullying.Now this is just plain wrong.
Growing up, few females would talk to me. The exceptions were the redheads. They were always nice to me. (That's probably where I got my unhealthy fixaton from.)
However, I'd like to hear from our resident redheads - are you being constantly bullied and teased about your hair color?

Guilty. The reason? "I don't have ugly people working for me." (My boss had left, and that's what the new boss told me. She fired another guy as well, and we managed to get jobs in another department.)
G/NG: had to deal with a coworker that just would not like you, no matter what you did.
