Sounds good. But I'd like to see more than just teens though if the whole town is bad. And is the person trying to rid Kushina of her drugs genuinely doing so because he's good and really wants to help her, or if it's because he's reverse psychology-ing her?

Ok so the town guard idea. Kushina has just recently started training again to take a mission after naruto enters the academy. Minato has bot touched her since naruto was born. So after gaining some skills back sbe goes on this simple mission. However during the misssion she is flirted with and even hit on by teens in he town. At first she ignores it but as it continues she feels special from it. At one point a bandit injures her. Nothing fatal or even severe just a small cut. One teen helps heal it and at that point the dam opens up and kushina bangs him. Afterwords however she cant find an off switch for her sex drive so she goes arund town getting banged by teens. 

If Kushina’s guarding a town, I suppose I could just throw you one I just thought of at the top of my head.

Summary: Assigned to protect a simple-minded village in the far corner of the Land of Fire, Kushina does her job and does it well. But with her eyes pointed to the horizon at any would-be threats, how can she see the evil lurking behind her?

Kushina’s assigned to a simple village as a ward against bandits and thugs, and things seem to be going great. Even better, the villagers treat her well, appreciating her presence and prowess at keeping their homes safe. But behind those smiling facades lies their true intention.
1 – Having been raided without fail for the past few years, the villagers came to the conclusion that they simply did not have enough able-bodied soldiers to defend them. So with Kushina now in their presence, the villagers secretly poison her with drugs, weakening her enough so that they can imprison, rape and impregnate her in order to get more strong shinobi.
2 – The villagers plan on drugging (and/or raping) Kushina with a powerful aphrodisiac, eventually turning her into their village whore or something along those lines.
The poison and drugs can be delivered through food and water they provide her. Perhaps a subplot to explain where the aphrodisiacs come from can be that: Orochimaru has been sending them drugs for this very purpose, including setting up Kushina being the one sent to the village. All this in order to cripple Minato’s will and bring into question his ability to lead the village while he’s fretting over his missing fiance, allowing him to get one step closer to the seat of the Hokage. 
It’s pretty far fetched, but political drive makes crazy people go even crazier.

Ok so for both ideas it's pretty straightforward.
Bodyguard: escort and guard a youngteen and his family or a group consisting of young teens with one elder. That way they can make frequent stops so she can get fucked a lot.
Town guard: simple guard a town from bandits. She'd have to stay an extended time for the mission probably 2 weeks to a month. Enough time for her to be banged senseless by teens.
