    Greetings and Salutations!

    How you guys been, good? Well, i sincerely hope you have been well. First of all, let me apologize for my absence. Things haven’t been good in my personal life for the past few months; and i’ve been trying really hard to deal with my problems and progress has not been so good, but I’ve been living one day at a time and that’s been working...somewhat. I’m writing the next chapter as we speak (got the Word file open), and if everything goes good and we make progress it will be up tonight (it’s 5:00 PM as i write this, over here) *fingers crossed*

    Again, i’d like to apologize for my sudden disappearance, lack of updates, and the abandonment of the story. I started writing to give Tali a happy ending, and dammit it’s high time i did it.

    Hey guys! Ok, i owe you guys an explanation for my absence. The thing is that i've recently started working and its taking a lot of my time, the work itself is good, its fun and pays well, but after a whole day of it, it's kind of hard to focus and write. However the good news is, that i've gotten back to the the story and i will be updating soon...i know, that's what i said the last time too, but i'm really serious that i will this time. Wish me luck, and i wish you guys well in you endeavors in life, and thank you for sticking by Reignite for so long.

    Hey Guys!

    I'm baaaaaaaaack! Sorry for the wait, i was caught up in a lot of stuff and i just got free, which means i have time, lots of it and i'll be using that time to write. So if everything goes good, there will be a chapter up this weekend. However, i will be doing something that i didn't think i would have, i might skip a mission altogether and put mentions of it, i haven't decided yet for sure. Anyway, thanks for the patience, and i'll be getting back to you guys soon.

    I got some bad news, the chapter might be a little late than i planned. I'm going through some really rough stuff in my life and its really hard just functioning, let alone write. I'm not abandoning this story, nor do i plan to, far from it. I will finish this story, i will give Tali more time, i will fix the ending. Just give me some time, please.

    Whoops, what I meant was that there's a lamentable dearth of BroShep/Tali fics. I will always applaud BroShep/Tali(mainly because Liz Sroka is all kinds of cute).

    Lol, oops. You got that right my friend, Liz Sroka was amazing! And its always good to meet fellow Talimancers. The last goodbye scene legit made me cry, after that i just went, dammit we have to get this woman a happy ending.

    Pretty good so far, there's a lamentable dearth of BroShep/Tali. Might be a site glitch, but I had to c/p the text into Notepad because it was running off the side of the screen.

    Thanks for your input, O kind sir! Most probably a site glitch, which browser are you using? Try adjusting your screen resolution or zoom.

    Yes, i am fully aware that BroShep/Tali is quite scarce in the present chapters, because in game Tali doesn't show up until after Tuchanka, however i have used scenes from Mass Effect 2 (as you can see in the current chapter) and will be using in the future chapters until the Geth Dreadnought mission. Then everything will be happening in the present. Don't worry, it's gonna happen much sooner than i originally planned, its gonna be a LOT of BroShepxTali from there on out.

    Hey guys,

    First of all, innumerable apologies for not updating my story in what seems like 2 weeks now (?), i have been neck deep in exams here and it has been an absolute clusterfuck, i've been trying to survive them with my sanity and ass intact, which is quite a task. I hope i will be able to update by this weekend, since you have been patient for so long, i'll make the new chapter a little bit longer. Thanks again for being patient, and apologies again for my absence.

    Just wanted to post an update, the next chapter might be a little delayed, because your humble author has got 3 fucking mid terms and a presentation in the coming week, so i have my hands full for the couple of days, the good news is i was able to write a considerable amount of the chapter so we have a good headstart. If everything goes good and according to plan, the chapter will be out before Wednesday.

    Hello beautiful people!

    I have started working on Chapter 2 for Reignite, now this chapter will be in which (hopefully) i bring out the big guns and focus on the plot and direction that i decided. I will be completely changing my writing style, to which i originally planned to have. I will also try to speed up the plot so we can get to Tali soon, and the frequency with which i bring out my chapters. Hope you guys are having fun. Questions, comments, concerns and complaints are welcome.

    You just gave me an idea... Awhile back I said that Craig needs something really huge to have a shot in the election. Say that Belle is at school when she finds out that Joe is dumping her for Sam. Totally crushed and despondent, she decides to end it all in the girls' lavatory by slashing her wrists. Fortunately, however, Craig had seen her go into the lav and not come out. He bursts in and is able to stop the bleeding, then carries her down crowded hallways to the first aid office. So Craig is a hero who saved the life of a pretty girl and is now a shoo-in for class prez.

    So we would have Belle pissed at Joe, Amanda pissed at Sam, and, of course, Jack & Kayla pissed at both Joe & Sam. Sounds like Fracture to me! :hitthefan:

    I wasn't sure by your phrasing, but you may recall that Becca's family is poorer. She had a discussion with Jack about her house and what section it's in. Taking a glance at Google Earth, outside the big cities we have all these new subdivisions, houses built hundreds and thousands at a time and sometimes even wrapped around country clubs, that sell for several hundred thousand dollars each - then scattered amongst them, even on the seams between the subdivisions, are some of the original single floor ranch style homes left over from when the area was still rural.

    Becca might not be doing it consciously, but now that she has Craig she may very well be holding him quite tight, afraid to lose him or see him hurt, as he is her way into one of those homes she sees around her. I can recall years ago driving to work, every day passing even the most modest of townhouses and the craving inside of me that called out, "When can I have one of those?"

    So, basically what we're saying is that Becca might be a gold-digger. Hmm, interesting theory, highly believable and possible. Or it could be she's one of the Overly Attached Girlfriend type.

    right, once Rhona joined the group she rose to middle management, where she may spend less time on her back and more time recruiting other girls to do the grunt work.

    But it doesn't make any sense, Joe said that he made Rhona on a RL friend of his, why would you make a character who's a prostitute or involved with them, on a close and special friend that you care about?

    I still don't see Rhona running the ring, but I totally see her desperate for money show she can live on her own causing her, as a college girl, to get recruited into it, and now being turned to work as a recruiter. She's got the type of dominant personality to rise in the ranks.

    OR, she could be a middle-woman?

    The path I've been favoring is "make money quick". As I've mentioned, Rhona said about wanting more money for her own apartment. Then arises an opportunity to gross $200 for laying on her back for 10 minutes.

    Someone like Rhona who's out of school in a place like Game Stop, I'll guess $12/hr for 30hrs/week, gross $600/week, take home $450/week, $1800/month, which isn't bad - unless you want a car and an apartment and food and utilities, because those apartments close to her work are going to start around $1200/month.

    OK, good theory, but Rhona whoring herself doesn't affect anyone other than the folks at Game Stop or maybe Kayla (that maybe Jack will use this as an esy way out and get laid, you know cheat on her). Unless Joe was referring to "The Fracture" as something that happens between the three of them, i don't see any other way how Rhona can affect them.

    Hmm, this will be really interesting if Brad comes back And gets admitted to TARA's school. Any one wanna wager they get involved?

    But something that has been bugging me, we got great theories related to the ring but i don't see how these theories will create "The Fracture", unless somehow one of the members get involved with it, willingly or unwillingly.

    Never thought of that, but it's an excellent theory! Jack and the gang might not be directly involved with the ring, but could be witnesses to and indirectly involved in Ms. Cartwright taking it down.

    Well, thank you, it just came to me.

    Jessica has crossed paths before with Jack, and she was trying to get in touch with him, if Jessica is indeed associated with the ring, it will allow Ms Cartwright a direct connection to her through Jack.

    But what if Ms. Cartwright is not with the ring, instead she's an undercover cop or an agent, tasked with infiltrating and exposing the ring. She wins Jack's trust so as to speak, and it's her plan to use him to get to the person working for the ring in the school (i.e Jessica, Nick, or whatever).

    Don't fret, I have no doubt that Ms. Cartwright would be the sexual experience of a lifetime. I was simply suggesting that anyone who treated her with less than perfect respect would feel her wrath. This is why she likes Jack so much-- he always speaks to her as a friend and equal, never stares or makes lewd comments. She would share things with Jack that she wouldn't think of telling any other student. Yeah, I want to see this relationship grow.

    Yeah, i bet she's phenomenal. It has been known that school teachers have been directly involved in sexual experiences with their students, sometimes they do it with them, or sometimes they arrange it for them. I would be shocked at first if the ring involves Ms. Cartwright, but it wouldn't be totally unexpected.

    The ring could come quicker than you think if Jessica has anything to do with it. She could recruit her entourage with a snap of her fingers if they want to stay part of the "in" crowd. As far as Ms. Cartwright goes, anyone who approached her and suggested that she start turning tricks would quickly feel a sharp pain in their groin right before spitting out half a dozen teeth. I can easily see Ms. Locke having a nervous breakdown with the new play. No way can she run the ring, though. She is too in love with her current job (and herself).

    Wait, you just gave me an excellent idea, i was having trouble linking the group with the ring, and now you have given me something. Belle used to run with Jessica's entourage, if Jessica had been involved with the ring before then it's most probably true that Belle was a part of it, so when Jessica reaches Jack the secrets come out and something happens which results in a big fight resulting in a split.

    Regarding the fight, i don't think Jack will be directly involved with the actual fighting part with a member of the group (fighting with people outside the group is a different story), he'll most probably be a middle man of sorts trying to get people to calm down and negotiate, which doesn't work and a fight happens, leaving Jack feeling like a total failure.

    Whatever the case, i think most people would agree with me when i say that i would like Jack and Kayla to face whatever clusterfuck awaits them as a couple, as a two person team, together.

    I know thismy always writes things up well, but we know that Jessica's the person most likely, and shouldn't the author throw us a twist? Is it as satisfying if it always comes from where we expect it? I will accept wherever it comes from, as long as it's logically consistent with whatever character is involved.

    Or, it could be one of those new students from the neighborhood that just got attached to Brow Ridge this year. Like Alien Nation a whole group that arrives together

    Well, the threesome and everything that followed was unexpected, with the familiar face we were expecting Brad to come back or Kayla's ex (forgot his name), so far Joe's given us plenty of twists.
