I think he just considers it a shit fetish. The fact that he tried to use his dislike toward NTR as a justification for attempting to remove Ichasennin's story was what got him banned for a week, since they don't kinkshame there.

@Ichasennin, some info on Kiara you might appreciate. My original idea on her, that she is similar to Shirou, was slightly wrong. She only loves herself and considers herself human. Even so, here I could imagine her wanting Shirou because she considers him human as well:

At that point, she went underground and didn't reappear until the Moon Cell war that Hakuno Kishinami was a part of, and immediately started cocking things up by messing with the medic AI of the Moon Cell, which spiralled out to the events of CCC. So, taking into account the truth of what I revealed about Kiara's love for humanity, her true reason for becoming Heaven's Hole is that she seeks to have all of humanity (her, and her alone) ascend to a higher plane of existence, sacrificing everyone else for the sake of her ascension or whatever.
In FGO, she gets jacked up by the Demon Pillar Zepar, who seduces her with knowledge of parallel worlds. Except for the fact that Kiara did not just drink the Kool Aid, she took the Kool Aid home with her, and then somehow made a bathtub of Purple Jesus out of it which she then emptied in one go, but wait, she's somehow created an infinite supply of this Purple Jesus and is just vacuuming it into her face. And then she somehow become the Right half of Beast III.
Like, FGO Kiara went so far out that she made Zepar start flipping out due to fear.
Tl;dr on Kiara, she's got a hot bod, but she's FUCKED in the head.

Well the thing is, all the EMIYAS are Counter Guardians. They're not quite Heroic Spirits as we think them.
That's a mistake a lot of people make in regards to the EMIYAS. They think they're normal Heroic Spirits but they're all actually Counter Guardians.

Part of me can't help but think she somehow runs into Shirou later on in his life and after learning what he has done and belief gets some divine revelation that by loving this man she can save him as well as help him save others. Would be really nice if Shirou managed to make her so satsified by filling her up completely as well as actually making her reach state of sexual nirvana.

Well an issue is that I was thinking of Stay Night when thinking on this, and Illya there is quite different from Prisma Illya, and Chloe. :D
Though hmm Chloe being with them would be quite interesting~. So much delicious sex for Shirou~.

They’re essentially summoned by Black Iri/Justeaze from what I remember. Anyways one fun thing I could imagine is Black Iri summoning them to create an orgy with multiple Iris and Shirou. Like for Shirou he can only tell them apart either by their clothes or their eye colors~.
Essentially imagine having an orgy with 6 identical twins, all in the little room Black Iri created for Caster Iri & Shirou~.
