Yay! The first chapter to my holiday fic’s sequel is finished. Probably be several weeks untilI post, but at least it’s finished.

At a certain point, you just need a word processor, the software doesn’t have to be fancy. The user interface doesn’t really need to get an annual makeover, misplacing all the icons/menus so you have to relearn it all. Generally, I’ve found LibreOffice to be quiet stable and consistent. It might be a bit outdated/obsolete in certain areas, but that’s fine, it just has to work.

A good resolution would be to finish one of the stories I’ve already started. (Though I’m not sure, my mind’s already diving into the sequel to my holiday fic.)

One is supposed to stay up *until* midnight for New Years. Instead, I wake up, my mind’s wired on my story, and I can’t get back to sleep. Oh well, I don’t have to work tomorrow either, so may as well get some writing in.
