Yuji had to struggle with himself so he wouldn't buck his hips and thrust into that delicious heat, but the sight of Vale sinking down on him until the elf was seated on his cock, was too much.
With a feral growl Yuji sat up and wrapped his arm around Vale's waist, bracing himself on his other arm he pulled out quickly and thrust in hard and frantic, his teeth sinking into Vale's chest, as he tried to set a hard pace, but the position was limiting. Yuji grabbed Vale's hair and yanked him down backwards and to the side, making the elf fall down on the bed, and without ever leaving the tight ass, Yuji twisted up on his knees, and thrust hard and deep.
"You are real. You came back." Yuji whispered, as he fell forwards on his arm, the other arm tight around Vale's waist and the elf hooked his legs behind Yuji's back.
Withdrawing almost all the way, then thrust in so hard that skin smacked against skin, and setting the pace painfully hard, Yuji's eyes held Vale's green eyes, and the fog in his head finally cleared.
Yuji stared down at the beautiful elf, and his world fell into place again, finally it was completed, the way it was supposed be.
A devilish grin spread over Yuji's lips and he kept pounding into the velvet heat of Vale's ass, his strong arms wrapping around the slender waist, lifting Vale's hips off the bed, and Yuji arched his back to drive deeper into Vale's body, sliding over his prostate with every thrust..
The elf hooked his legs around Yuji's back, pressing into the hard thrusts, his hands fisting in the sheets, he let out a small scream every time Yuji sank into him.
"Touch yourself. Let me see you come." Yuji's voice was rough and hard, his eyes glittering with pure lust, and Vale moaned at the order.
With a shaking hand Vale grabbed his cock, fisting it tightly and in sync with Yuji's hard thrusts.

Vale fell into the kiss, pouring all of himself into letting Yuji know just how much Vale had longed for this. His fingers continued to stroke the edge of Yuji's ear as he nipped at his lover's lower lip.
"I'm no dream, Yuji. I'm real, and I'm here," Vale whispered, kissing away the tears from Yuji's lashes. "I love you. I'm here for as long as you want me to be here, I promise." He slid onto the bed next to Yuji, pulling him into a tight embrace, and kissed Yuji again. He slid the sheets down, wanting to feel the silky skin under his hands as he continued to plunder his lover's mouth.
Yuji's hands found the buttons on Vale's shirt, and he fumbled with them, still sleep blurred and clumsy. Vale let go of Yuji's ear for a moment, and simply ripped the shirt open so Yuji could push it off his shoulders. The tight tank top had been pulled loose from the waistband of Vale's jeans, and Yuji's hands slid underneath, to stroke the fine muscles of Vale's back. Vale moaned into the kiss, the feeling of Yuji's hands on his skin translating into a growing bulge that pressed against Yuji insistently.
"Please," Vale moaned, and Yuji reached for his jeans, opening them and pushing them down past Vale's slim hips. Vale kicked them off the rest of the way, his socks sliding off with them. He pushed Yuji onto his back and straddled him, the tight knit boxers he was wearing barely containing his cock. Yuji stroked the bulge, and Vale bit back a wail of pure need. He reared up and peeled off the tank top, tossing it away as Yuji's fingers found his nipples, pinching and tugging them.
Vale could feel Yuji's own erection pressing against his stomach as he leaned forward to nuzzle his lover's ear, nipping lightly along the shell. Yuji was busy rolling back Vale's boxers, his hands hot against the curve of Vale's ass, and he coaxed another wanton moan from the elf.
"I need you," Yuji rasped, his breathing ragged, still trying to convince himself that this was more than just a dream. He was answered with a radiant smile and a flurry of kisses as Vale wriggled, urging Yuji to remove the boxers altogether.
"Yes," Vale hissed, as Yuji tugged at the offending garment. Neither one of them could grasp, in their lust-addled state, that the boxers were not going to slide past Vale's spread thighs, and the elf, utterly frustrated, reached down and tore them away. He slid down, trailing hot kisses along Yuji's stomach until he reached his cock, and without hesitation Vale slid his lips over the head and down the shaft, relaxing his throat as Yuji's cock hit the back of it. When Vale's lips reached the base of Yuji's cock, he purred, his tongue laving the underside.
Yuji bucked, the vibrations shooting straight up his spine, and he reached for Vale's head. The elf was faster, though, sliding his mouth back off Yuji and straddling his lover, green eyes all but glowing in the faint light of the room. Vale had no patience for anything, needing to feel Yuji fill him, and he reached down to guide his lover's cock to his ass. As Yuji watched, Vale lowered himself, eyes fluttering closed in bliss as he impaled himself in a single urgent motion.

Satoshi squeezed Vale's shoulder trying his best to be reassuring, but being in no mood to start arguing over dinner, he decided that it was better to check on Yuji himself, rather than express doubt of Kansas' words. Kansas had taken Yuji's behavior the worst, and had begun exaggerating everything that Yuji did. Satoshi had no doubt that Yuji had been drinking but being dead drunk was nearly out of the question.
So they ate, making small talk about Satoshi's work and how Kansas was doing in his studies, after Satoshi and Willow had reassured Vale that the understood perfectly that he had come as soon as he was able to. They understood that Vale had a life in Neverwinter that involved a profession and duties.
When the meal was finished, Satoshi rose from his seat.
"Kansas, it's your turn with the dishes isn't it? No, Willow, I'll take him upstairs. It's alright." He said and bowing slightly to the elf, he lead the way up the stairs to the second floor. Reaching the landing, he pointed to the room immediately to the left of the stairs and said,
"This is Aika's room. That one opposite hers is Willow's and Yuji's, and the next one is mine and Kansas'. That one at the end of the hall is Ryuu's and then there' the office slash guest room." he pointed with a smile, then he turned to Vale, and his dark brown eyes were somber, and his voice low,
"Vale. I just want to tell you this. We all know that you and Yuji share a special bond, maybe even one stronger than the one we share. He has dreams where he dreams about chasing the sun, but he can't catch it. Then he wakes up, and falls asleep again to find nightmares of monsters and shadows that are stealing his sun away. He fears the fact that you will never age. He fears that he will fade and die, and you will always remain. But most of all he fears that you were never real. That he has made you up in his own mind."
Satoshi blushed, his voice wavered, and he looked to the floor for a moment, trying to regain his composure. It took him a couple of deep breaths, before he could look back up into the green eyes.
"Kansas was exaggerating. Yuji may be a little drunk, but he is most likely asleep because of exhaustion, depression and emotional turmoil. His grandfather lost his mind when he was around Yuji's age, and Yuji's always feared that the same would happen to him. Now. If you truly love him, go in there and tell him, remind him of the special bond that you share. Just wake him gently. He's grouchy when he's woken up."
Satoshi opened the door to the master bedroom and pointed Vale to enter.
The door opened into a narrow corridor with a walk in closet to the left, and the far wall was all window.
Thick black curtains covered the windows from ceiling to floor, and the light in the room was dim, like a heavy shadow.
On the rumpled bed lay Yuji, covered by the sheets up to his chin, only his raven hair and half his face visible. He lay on his right side, turned a little over on his stomach, his right hand resting against the pillow beside him, fingers gripping the white cotton spasmodically, while the left hand was fisted in the sheets holding them up to his chin.
Vale sat down on the bed gently, careful not to jar the bed, or Yuji, and leaning over the empty space in the bed, he brought his face within inches of Yuji's face.
Soft fingers grabbed stray strands of hair from Yuji's face and tucked them behind his ear, tracing the shell of his ear in the process, more gentle than a butterflies kiss.
    Yuji's eyes fluttered open.
He had finally caught the sun. In his dreams he had finally caught the offending orb, only to have it dissipate between his hands, kissing his ear as it vanished.
Yuji looked up at the face hovering above him, his face still, he hardly noticed it. He blinked his eyes a few times but that face remained, a gentle smile on soft lips, and Yuji turned his head a little, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, and frowned up at that face.
    He knew that face.
A shiver ran through him as the hand belonging to this face touched his ear, and lifting his head, he stared at the golden hair and the emerald eyes.
Yuji's eyes widened, and he gasped, reaching up with his hand he touched the soft skin of Vale's cheek.
"I thought you were dream." he moaned, crawling out from under the covers, and placing his other hand on the other cheek.
"I though I had dreamt it all. I thought you were a dream." he mumbled again, and tugged Vale down for a needy kiss, gasping he looked back into the green eyes, and chocked.
"You're real. I know you and you're real. My love. My Vale. You are real. This is a dream." he said as tears began to fall from his lashes and he pulled Vale down on the bed, into a deep kiss, rough with need and the desperate sadness that he had been feeling since their separation.

Vale breathed in the smell of the meal, and just for a moment, lost himself in the feeling of being home. The bustle of sitting down to a meal, with Aika sitting in her chair beside him, the way Kansas hovered over Ryuu and helped him so lovingly, soothed Vale initially, until Kansas and then Willow told him about Yuji. Strange dreams and nightmares, and drinking himself to sleep? This did not sound like the strong man that Vale had met at the vacation house, and for a moment, the elf wondered if he should just ask to see Yuji now, and not wait a moment longer. He took a few bites of the food, but as delicious as it was, he could barely taste it. Willow had brought him a knife and fork, and to cover his dismay, Vale watched her and Kansas deftly eat with the pairs of chopsticks.
"Did he tell you the dreams?" Vale asked, looking at Willow. Kansas had gone silent after he said what he felt needed saying. Vale looked at Willow, quietly desperate. If Yuji had been an elf, Vale would have known exactly what to do. Vale would have rushed to his side, and proceeded to make love to Yuji until the pain faded, and the love was all that was left. In so many ways, Yuji behaved like an elf, but he was human, and Vale did not know if he could reach him like that. He looked at Willow through golden lashes, his green eyes dark with sorrow.
"I've brought you all pain, and I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Vale took Willow's hand for a moment and held it, feeling the fine bones beneath the skin. He would have said more, but the door opened again, and he heard Satoshi's voice, and saw Ryuu slide out of his seat to run to his father. As Satoshi came in carrying Ryuu on one hip, Vale stood up, and relaxed into Satoshi's warm embrace. Once again, he was being welcomed, and no one seemed to blame him for Yuji's state except himself. But Satoshi promised to take Vale upstairs after they ate, and Vale returned to his meal, feeling some relief.
"I wanted to be here sooner," Vale said softly, feeling like he needed to explain. "I needed to arrange for my absence from my work. My assistant's very capable, more than he thinks he is, actually, but there was so much Nathe wanted me to handle first." Vale spread his hands helplessly. "I'm also on the council that governs my guild, and that took more time to deal with. If I don't see any parchment for a month, I'll be thrilled. I've missed him, all of you, so much that I thought I'd go mad." He took a sip of tea, needing to do something with his hands. "I just want to make this better for him, and for all of you. If I'd known, I'd have told Nathe --" Vale broke off quickly, looking at the children. "I'd have told Nathe he was able to do this alone, and I'd have come sooner."
It was Aika who took matters into her own small hands by reaching for the blond elf. Vale looked at Willow, and when she smiled, he lifted the tiny girl onto his lap, crooning to her. "In my language, you would be called Mela, which also means love," he told her as she watched him with her father's eyes. Vale cradled her against himself, and offered her a tiny bit of rice, as he had seen Kansas do with Ryuu, and when Aika took it, Vale's smile returned.

Kansas tugged Vale out of his jacket, as the elf sat down, and Willow put the two children in their high seats, Aika's high chair right between Willow's chair and the seat that Vale had chosen.
"Thank you so much, Vale. We have missed you too. Yuji most of all. We did sort of figure that there was no way to contact us, so we've just been waiting patiently."
Willow sat down, and Kansas started serving up the dinner, sweet and sour pork, with rice and warm tea and iced water.
Willow ignored the question for a moment, when she took off into the kitchen with an exclamation. Kansas smirked, and nodded at the place setting in front of Vale, and pointed at the chopsticks,
"She suddenly figured you probably don't know how to use those. She's gone to find a fork and knife for you."
Kansas finished serving and sat down across the table from the elf.
"He's drunk, Vale. He's upstairs sleeping it off. He's been getting stranger and stranger since we got home, like he hasn't been able process what's going on. He broke down in front of me earlier tonight."
Kansas stopped talking when Willow returned to the table, and handed Vale the cutlery.
"I hope you can use those, I completely forgot about the chopsticks. Now, what were you saying, Kansas?"
"I was just answering his question." Kansas said slowly, and they exchanged a few meaningful looks.
Then Kansas nodded his head, and cleared his throat,
"He told me he's been having dreams and nightmares, and the only thing those dreams can be about is you. It is a great thing that you're here. I don't want to even imagine what he would have suffered if you had waited longer. His feelings for you are so strong that we can all feel them."
The young man turned his eyes to his dinner and started eating, both of them handling the chopsticks with expert ease. Vale started eating as well, and then Kansas looked up again and said in a low voice,
"It's actually strange. That chair you chose, that's Yuji's seat."
Kansas remained quiet for the rest of the meal, except when he spoke to Ryuu, while helping the boy eat.
Willow made small talk with Vale, asking him about Wench and Sand.
About halfway through the meal the front door opened and Satoshi's voice floated in, calling a hello.
Ryuu jumped in his seat, and refused to settle down until Kansas pulled the boy out of his seat and put him on the floor.
The little boy ran across the floor, as Satoshi entered the living area, asking in surprise,
"Who's suitcase is this? We've got guests?"
Before he got an answer he went down on his haunches and grabbed his son in his embrace, laughing and making silly noises.
Kansas rose from his seat, and waited patiently.
Picking the boy off the floor Satoshi came to the dinner table, and his jaw dropped.
Vale rose to his feet, and with his son on his hip Satoshi tugged the elf into an embrace,
"Oh, wow, I'm happy to see you finally. Where's Yuji?"
"Drunk upstairs." Kansas said with a derisive sneer.
Satoshi shook his head, and sat down, tucking into his dinner.
"Eat, and after you eat I'll take you upstairs to see him." Satoshi said with a warm smile, nodding at the elf with sad eyes.

Vale could not help laughing as Kansas launched himself into Vale's arms, wrapping his own arms around the elf's neck. Being greeted so warmly banished any lingering doubts about whether or not he had done the right thing.
Kansas was chattering furiously, and led Vale to where he could pull off his boots, which he did with great relief. As Kansas yelled about slippers, Willow came into the foyer, and her face lit up. Vale caught her in a tight embrace, burying his face for the briefest of moments in her hair. When she told him that she had nearly welcomed him home, Vale felt such a rush of love for the generous, beautiful woman that he was speechless. He put on the slippers she offered him and let her tug him into the living room. He could smell something delicious, and then Willow stopped in front of a gorgeous child who looked at him with Yuji's perfect eyes.
"Aika," Vale repeated, the name falling like a prayer from his lips. Vale turned his attention to the small boy that Willow introduced as Satoshi's son, Ryuu, and Kansas swooped the boy up so Vale could see him better. "Ryuu... Willow, such beautiful children," Vale breathed softly. Like most elves, Vale cherished children and it was the way of his people to treat them gently and lovingly. He reached out a slim hand and touched each child's cheek, amazed by the velvety feel of their skin.
Vale let Kansas tug him into the dining room, and finally found his voice as he sat where Kansas indicated. "I'm so sorry I just came by like this, but I couldn't figure out a way to reach you. My home is..." Vale wondered how much he should say, or even how much they knew, and then he decided that Yuji would have no secrets from them, not the way he had been welcomed. "My world doesn't have things like your telephones. The only way I could have reached you would be to use a scrying mirror, or something like that, and I don't think you have those here."
Vale knew he was babbling a little, but his joy at actually being in Yuji's home was overwhelming. "Willow, Kansas, I don't know what to say, except thank you. I show up on your doorstep, and I feel like I'm home." He gave them a radiant smile. "I've missed you all so much. I see you all every night in my reverie. And now I have two new faces for my dreams." Vale laughed as Aika reached for a lock of his long blond hair, tugging on it with a thoughtful look. "She's so beautiful, Willow. I see you both in her."
Vale looked into Willow's eyes. "How is he?" he asked softly.

Kansas stared up at the elf, blinking stupidly for a moment when Vale indicated his suitcase, not even noticing the offered hand.
"Vale?" he asked again, a little louder this time, and then jumped up around the elf's neck with a squeal,
"Vale! Welcome! Oh, wow. We were just talking about you. Oh, fuck. Come on in, come in. It's freezing out there, come in."
Kansas tugged at Vale's neck, grabbing at his suitcase to help the elf carry it inside.
"Please take your shoes off here, you can put them over here, on the rack. Hang on... Willow, where'd we put the guest slippers?" Kansas spoke fast and animatedly, yelling into the spacious house, and Willow came walking across the living room calling back,
"What? The guest slippers? Why?" As she came up the three steps and saw Vale, she gasped and ran at him full force, wrapping her arms around his shoulders and squeezing.
"Vale, welcome! Oh, my, I almost said welcome home... The slippers, the slippers." She turned to the small closet in the foyer and after digging around for a little bit pulled out a pair of soft slippers.
"Here. You can wear these or just your socks, that's fine also. Come on in, darling. We're about to start eating. Come on in. Kansas put his suitcase in the corner, we can take it to his room later."
Willow nearly dragged the elf inside the spacious living room, and picked her daughter off the floor where she was playing.
Yuji's eyes in miniature stared up at Vale with curiosity, and Willow tickled the girl's cheek,
"Vale, this is Yuji's daughter, Aika. Aika, this is Vale. And this big boy is Satoshi's son, Ryuu. Say hello, Ryuu." Willow tried to tug her son around her legs but the boy just giggled and stared up at the tall blond elf from behind his mother's knees.
Kansas grabbed him and lifted him up to let Vale see the child a little better.
Taking the elf's hand Kansas pulled him towards the dining area, saying,
"Come on, lets sit down and eat. Satoshi is still at work, and Yuji is taking a nap. Please take a seat."

Vale stepped back slightly as the door opened, and the beautiful young man with black hair streaked with blue looked up at him in wonderment. Vale just smiled, delighted that he was at the right house as he recognized Kansas. Kansas said his name in a breathy little voice and fell back a step.
"Kansas, it's good to see you." Vale held out his hands, joy making his eyes almost glow in the light spilling out of the foyer. "I've missed you all so much." He gestured at the suitcase by his side, suddenly feeling a little shy and awkward. "I thought I would take Yuji up on his offer for me to visit, but it's a little hard to give advance notice." The blond elf felt a small blush beginning to color his cheeks.

Looking up Willow smiled at the black and blue haired imp as he came down the stairs, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.
"Is he alright?" she asked, pulling plates out of the cupboards, and placing them on the dining table, keeping one eye on the two toddlers playing in the middle of the living room. Kansas followed her with the cutlery and nodded slowly.
"He's asleep now. He was pretty upset. He kept asking me if we hadn't really gone on that vacation. Said he wasn't sure anymore whether Vale was real or a dream. He's been having dreams about chasing the sun. And then he wakes up and falls asleep again and has nightmares about monsters and shadows stealing the sun away. I think he's dead drunk." The younger man stopped laying down the cutlery, and looked at the front door. Willow stopped and looked at Kansas,
    "What is it, sweets?"
"Someone's coming." he said quietly, and both stared at the door for a minute, but nothing happened.
Shrugging her shoulders Willow turned back to setting the table, and trying to set the college boy at ease said,
    "Maybe it's just Satoshi."
"Doesn't feel like him, but maybe."
"And don't worry so much about Yuji. He's been having trouble sleeping lately, and I guess his feelings for Vale are causing him some heart ache. I mean, it's not like Yuji can pick up the phone and call the guy."
"I know, but still. Getting drunk before seven? He hasn't done that since... Well, since he thought he'd lost you. And I haven't seen him so upset in much longer than that. He started crying."
Willow stopped halfway to the kitchen and stared back at Kansas.
    "Seriously? He cried?"
    "Yep."
"And what did you do to calm him down enough to fall asleep?" she asked with a quirk of her eyebrow, and Kansas grinned back, sticking his tongue into his cheek while making a suggestive motion with his hand in front of his mouth.
"Kansas." Willow said with an indignant tone, and the young man just shrugged his shoulders, with an animated look, as he started walking towards the front door,
"What? It was all I could think of. He got a boner, I fixed it and he went to sleep."
"There's no one at the door, Kansas." Willow called after him, and at the same moment there came a heavy knock on the door.
Kansas turned around as he jumped up the steps to the foyer, and said loudly,
    "See, I told you."
Kansas tiptoed across the cold tiles of the foyer and opened the front door at the same time he flicked on the light above the door.
On the front step there stood a tall, blond white guy, with emerald green eyes, dressed all in black and biker boots.
Kansas stared up at the man, his heart hammering in his chest, and his imagination went rampant for a moment, and then the man smiled.
"Vale?" Kansas asked in a breathy voice, and fell back a step.

Tokyo, Japan. Early morning of Jan. 21st, 2011.
Running down a hill, a pouch of green velvet in his hand,Yuji yelled at the sun to please get back into the bed and obey, the orange globe stopping and bouncing on the football pitch, rigth next to the piano. Catching up Yuji stopped to catch his breath and closing his eyes for a moment he wondered why the sun was making such an infernal racket while bouncing on the light brown sand.
The incessant banging made him open his eyes and groaning at the pale light filtering through the curtains, he brought his hand to his eyes and rubbed hard. Willow stirred beside him and growled.
"Why the fuck did we give them the room next to ours again?" she mumbled, rolling towards him and snuggling into his embrace.
Reaching to the nightstand Yuji pulled two breathmints from the bowl beside his lamp and dropping one into his own mouth, he offered the other to Willow. Both of them sucked the small tablets quietly for a few moments, listening to the banging on the other side of the wall, and Kansas' hoarse voice echoed through the ensuite bathroom.
"I gave that room to Satoshi when he moved in with me. That's why they're still there." Yuji said quietly, and giggled at the hand that traced his abdomen teasingly.
"What do you say we give them some competition?" Willow purred with her bedroom voice and Yuji giggled again, eyeing the alarm clock out of the corner of his eyes.
Willow's hand on his cock made him twitch, and he moaned a little, but his eyes struggled to be calm.
"I'm too lazy. Don't wanna get up. I've got to get up in like two minutes or I'll be late. I can't be late again. I've been late twice in the past two weeks since the holiday ended. The school master will have my behind."
"Oh, she would love to have your behind, wouldn't she? Let her try, that bitch, she'd have all three of us on her in a heartbeat."
"Willow. Don't talk lik… ah, ouch, little more to the left. My left, stupid, oh, yeah… right ther… ah."
Yuji let his eyes slip closed for a moment, relishing the feeling, then opened them up again to worship the beauty of the woman riding him. The soft curves of her waist, the breasts just the right amount ofhandfuls, and the lustfilled smile on her face.
"Satoshi can drive you to work. He's going in as well. And it's his turn to take Ryuu anyway. Oh, fuck Yuji. Right there, just like that…" her voice was breathy and moaning, and her hips moved constantly.
"But I'm still going to behah… ah, fuh… mmm… what was I saying? I'm still going to be late."
"Then hurry up and finish, man." Satoshi's voice from the doorway made Yuji jump and sit up, Willow arching her back on his lap, Yuji's arm instinctively wrapping around Willow's waist as his hips bucked harder into her.
"Just wanted to let you know, the kids are awake. I'll get them ready. But hurry up and finish, if you want me to drive you." Satoshi scratched the back of his head with a yawn and walked out.
Yuji buried his face in the beautiful breasts infront of his face and in a few minutes spilled himself inside Willow, her entire body shivering with loud moans.
Then Yuji tossed her back onto the bed, and jumped out, running for the ensuite bathroom.
He showered quickly and pulled on some clothes, nearly running face first into the wall as he aimed for the stairs.
In the kitchen Satoshi was arguing with Ryuu about going to kindergarden, while little Aika sat on the living room floor screaming at the top of her voice.
"Hey, baby, hey, what's this? Why are you screaming like that?" Yuji picked Aika off the floor and tried his best to comfort her, but the small girl just bucked and thrashed against him, screaming even louder.
Out of nowhere Willow swept in and grabbed the girl, shushing her, and entering the kitchen, grabbed a banana and Aika stopped screaming almost instantly.
Satoshi finally had his son by the arm and was dressing him in a winter coat, while screaming up the stairs,
"Kansas! Kansas, get your ass down here. Right now. I'm leaving." A couple of minutes passed by before Kansas came bouncing down the steps, his school bag slung over one shoulder and his face still a little flushed from the furious fucking he'd just received.
Willow came over and handed Yuji his travel coffee cup, and a bento box. Kansas kissed her quickly on the cheek,
"Thanks, Willow." He said, grabbing his bento box and stepping out into the foyer to put on his shoes. Ryuu kissed his mother goodbye as well, and Kansas helped the two and a half year old into his shoes.
Satoshi took his coffee cup and his bento box and kissed Willow slowly on the lips.
"I'll be late tonight, so don't hold up dinner. I'll let you know if I won't make it before ten, alright." He said, his voice still a little roughened by the morning quickie.
Willow kissed him back and nodded her head in agreement,
"Alright, love. Now hurry so you won't be late. Drive careful."
Yuji waited his turn patiently, his eyes staring into the distance, his mind sort of spinning. Willow placed cold fingers on his jaw and slowly drew him to face her,
"Hey, baby, where you at?" she said in a low voice, the love and adoration she had for him thick on her voice, and Yuji's heart quickened a tiny bit. It always did when she used that tone with him.
"Huh? Oh, nothing. I'm just tired. Can't seem to get enough sleep these days. You should go help her." Yuji answered with an insincere smile and nodded towards their daughter, who was tossing banana bits around the kitchen. Yuji bent down and gave Willow a long slow kiss, nibbling at her lip, plundering her mouth for just a moment more, relishing the heat of her body against his.
Satoshi yelled from the foyer and Yuji jumped. He smacked one last kiss on his wife's lips and then ran out, literally jumping into his winter boots and slipping and sliding out to the car.
The three men drove to Yuji's high school in near silence, Yuji enjoying the soft voice of Kansas playing with little Ryuu in the backseat.
Arriving at the school, Satoshi grabbed the back of Yuji's neck and smacked a quick kiss on his lips.
"Have a good day, and do your best, alright." He said quietly, that same look of great love and admiration in his eyes as Yuji had seen in Willow's eyes.
Kansas just patted Yuji's shoulder as he jumped into the front seat, and sighing Yuji hurried into the high school, cursing under his breath.
The bell rang and he was about a minute late to the music room. His first class was the freshman music history class. He hated them just as much as they hate him, and the class was a torture.
Yuji counted the minutes until lunch and nearly kicked his piano students out when the bell rang.
Sitting down on the bench out on the teacher's lounge balcony Yuji lit up a cigarette and sighing contently leaned against the cold stone of the wall behind him, rubbing his eyes with a freezing hand.
His mind was still spinning, it had been for the past two weeks since they had returned from that strange vacation over the New Years holiday.
They had come home right after noon, and his sister had brought the kids over before dinner. There had been a lot of commotion, questions and demands to see pictures and Hideko had been very displeased when all four of them said they hadn't taken any.
The kids had been a handful for the next day and then Monday came around and Yuji had gone back to work, Kansas went back to classes at college, and Ryuu started kindergarden again.
Everyone around him seemed to settle into their normal routine, Satoshi had a holiday until the 21st of January, but Yuji just couldn't settle down. There was this tingle in his body, like he was missing something. For the passed week he had been having these intense dreams, strange and chaotic, which woke him up to a feeling of emptiness and longing.
He had a vivid picture in his mind of the elf that had surrendered to him so willingly, and Yuji felt a painful twinge in his heart every time he brought that picture up.
He had found himself going on the wrong train a few days ago, because he had glimpsed golden hair through the crowd and started chasing it. By now he was uncertain whether the elf was real.
Perhaps it had all been a dream. Perhaps they had never gone halfway around the world to attend a magical gathering of writers and their pets. Perhaps Yuji was losing his mind. He had always feared he would lose his mind, and maybe now it was finally happening.
But when he closed his eyes and his daydreams filled with green sparkling eyes and unruly blond hair, his heart quickened and he could smell that scent, he could feel those fingers on his skin and those lips against his. So he couldn't be losing his mind.
He didn't dare to bring it up at home, because they had all sworn not to.
When Willow had brought the idea before the three men, and they had decided to go, they had all sworn that whatever happened at the vacation house, it would stay there. That was the reason they had taken down their wedding rings, and pretended that Yuji, Kansas and Satoshi were Willow's pets.
Sighing Yuji lit up another cigarette and braced himself for the next four hours. At least he had a short day today, and it was Friday. He was looking forward to a weekend of whiskey, a teething baby, a horny wife and two lovers and grading music history papers. Just a normal life.
    And those bewildering dreams.

    North Carolina, January 9, 2011...
Vale looked at Sand and Wench, perplexed, as they stood in front of the portal. "Am I crooked?"
Sand arched an eyebrow. "Whatever are you talking about, my sun?"
"Willow asked me why I couldn't be straight." A delicate frown creased Vale's forehead, as Wench began to snicker. He looked at her, indignant.
"Vale, my dear, Willow thinks you are only attracted to males," Wench explained, trying not to laugh at the confused elf.
Vale looked no less confused. "But you and I have made love, with Sand and without." Vale thought for a moment, and then began to blush. "Oh, but she only saw me with Yuji!" He looked slightly panicked. "Does that mean... oh, will Yuji think..."
"Hush, Vale." Sand laid a hand on his lover's arm. "Do not worry about that. We need to return to Neverwinter, and you can research the portal." Sand turned to Wench for a moment. "If Vale is going to visit Yuji, what does he need to know?"
Wench smiled. "Vale, you have a focus for the portal?" When Vale smiled widely, Wench continued. "Then the only other thing I would suggest is perhaps clothing."
"I have clothing," Vale said. "I have several new robes at home."
"Elven clothing might look a bit odd in Yuji's country, Vale." Wench grinned. "I think we need to go shopping."
Vale looked apprehensive, but Sand's face lit up. "You want to fit in, Vale, and not draw undue attention to yourself. This is absolutely necessary, then, to obtain the correct garments, since I think kilts might not be the thing, either."
Wench signaled for a car. "We'll have it back well before checkout," she promised as she slid behind the wheel. Vale was deathly pale as he climbed into the rear of the vehicle, while Sand got in the front with Wench.
"Put that strap on," Vale insisted, as he strapped himself in firmly. His one car journey with Wench behind the wheel had left Vale deeply suspicious of her qualifications to be operating the infernal thing. Sand had been attending Pittwitch, and so had missed the hang gliding part of the vacation. Not for the first time, Vale wondered if that had been intentional.
Sand was a great deal paler by the time they reached the place Wench referred to as a mall. Sand murmured a few words under his breath as the car came to a stop, and Vale was quite sure that the nearly inaudible spate of Ilythiiri was remarkably filthy.
"Keep your hair over your ears," Wench cautioned. "We'll have enough to do with clouding the memories of the clerks where we're shopping. I don't need too large a crowd. If that happens, however, let me talk?"
Sand shot Wench a dubious glance, but held his peace. Wench led them into a shop filled with clothing, and Sand immediately cheered up. He ran his long fingers over fabrics with a smile.
Wench waved a young man over. "My friend has lost his luggage, and we need to replace everything. He'll need two suits, half a dozen dress shirts, casual pants, casual shirts, underwear, socks, shoes, boots, everything." Wench smiled brightly and held out a piece of plastic, and the young man looked as delighted as Sand.
"Madam, right this way," the young man murmured. He led Wench to a comfortable chair. "Latte for Madam?"
"Oh, yes," Wench purred. She sipped latte and watched as the elves plundered the shop, an amused smile on her face as Vale protested, Sand insisted, and the young man made larger and larger piles on the counter.
"Wait!" Vale spotted a display of silk ties, and began to sift through them, finally starting to get into the spirit of the thing. "Yuji had one of these. I should get one, maybe."
"You will need more than one, to match the shirts," Sand advised. The elegant moon elf had picked up quite rapidly on the clothing customs of Wench's world, and was shopping like an expert at this point. "I will choose some for you. You go choose undergarments."
Vale insisted on buying the same type of tight boxers that Yuji wore, much to Wench's continued amusement. The dress shoes made him laugh, and he was entranced by the boot selection. As a courtesy to such good customers, the young man even ran across to a luggage store and came back with an elegant suitcase in sleek black leather. The clothing was packed into the suitcase, Wench retrieved her piece of plastic, and the three happy shoppers clambered into the car, the elves forgetting their terror in the excitement.
Back at the house, Wench kissed Sand and Vale fondly as they stood in front of the portal. "Be well, my loves, and be happy." She waved as they stepped into the portal and vanished, before she got into the car waiting to take her to the airport.
    Neverwinter, 21 Hammer...
"Do you have everything?" Sand asked, flicking Vale's hair into place before planting a soft kiss on his lips.
"I think so," Vale replied. He tugged nervously at his clothing. He was wearing black jeans, a tight black tank top, a dark grey silk shirt half unbuttoned over the tank top, and a long black wool jacket that hugged his narrow waist and flared out over slim hips. He had black motorcycle boots on his feet, which felt a little more awkward than the doeskin boots he favored, but which looked better with the jeans.
"Do you have the money Wench gave you?" Sand tugged a little at the jacket. "Remember, you will need to exchange that paper for the paper they use in Yuji's land."
"I remember," Vale insisted, impatient. "I'm a mage of the Cloaktower. I'm not an idiot!"
"No, you are not," Sand agreed. "But you are going to see your lover, and when you do, everything else is going to fly out of that head of yours, my sun." Sand took Vale's face between his hands. "Go, and be with him for as long as you need to, and I will be here when you need me." He kissed Vale, a deep and passionate kiss, his tongue plundering the blond elf's mouth. With a final nibble of kiss-swollen lips, Sand released him, and watched as Vale picked up the suitcase and stepped through the portal...
    Tokyo, January 21, 2011, 7:30 pm...
Vale stood outside the house, his blond hair spilling over his shoulders, his suitcase resting on the ground beside him. He looked one more time at the photograph Yuji had given him, and at the house. It was the right place, he was sure of it. Vale could feel his heart begin to hammer in his chest as he raised his hand to knock on the door.

I fell in love with reading so early on that I actually can't remember learning how to read. I loved words and the way you could put them together to create new and wonderful stories. From there, it was a natural progression to writing my own stories.
Real life kept me from writing for a long time, but here I am again, and this time it's to stay.

I was told that imagination, art, and fiction writing was a waste of time by my dad when I was single digit aged. I was always in trouble with him for making up rhymes off the cuff when I was at home. He thought of it as being a liar so the punishment got pretty bad while he was alive, but that just made me dig in my heels and get a lot more determined in my life choice to prove him wrong. He died when I was twelve so I almost lost my life goal focus. However, in high school I got a really awesome English teacher who decided to have all my teachers snag my notebooks of hand written poetry and stories since I hated my math classes so much I could not stand them and began writing stories in such classes. ROFL. Next thing I knew, said English teacher had entered several of my poems in various contests, and I won several of them. I got to go to college for free, so picked print media. Because of the awards I had won, I had enough skill to work my way into an editor position at a micro press. All of that was pre-stroke of course.
I started writing yaoi fan fiction several years back because my younger son had a melt down because of having the hots for a fellow male classmate. Doesn't hurt that my pals still working in the publishing industry tell me that writing gay-rotica is the fastest way to get published again. I have numerous original and fan fiction stories. Some are completed, and even posted here. The fan fictions need a new edit/overhaul since they are still a tad raw to my sensibilities. Anyway, my fan fiction dip was helpful to my younger son who graduated high school without committing suicide over his crushes which is all I really care about in the long run.

Veerrrrry good points. All of it.
At the end of the day, if you want really "good" sex scenes, you have to remember that your characters aren't a set of genitals with a personality inconveniently attached. (Even if your characters don't realize it! Haha!) It's the other way around.

Just my two cents, but.... the idea that any person should be limited in what kinds of characters/scenes they can write is patently ridiculous. If this was true, Stephen King's best stories would be about white male authors. In reality, his "breakout" story (and my personal favorite) is about a teenage girl hitting puberty. Sex scenes are like anything else. You just have to research... The problem is that sex scenes present some very unique problems with getting access to accurate information. For one thing, it's kind of hard to get access to "primary sources". If you're writing about a cop, you can ask to do a ride-along and watch the cop doing his job and learn about his world and how he interacts with it that way. It's kind of creepy to go around asking your friends to watch them having sex. ;p Even if you are somehow lucky enough to have friends open to that, it's like quantum physics. The very fact that you're observing it changes the dynamics of what you're observing (it becomes exhibitionism instead of regular one-on-one sex).
Interviewing people is a good start, but it's limited by what they know about themselves and the world they inhabit. For one thing, people are very likely to tell you the truth about what they would like to think about themselves. They may be telling you what they think is the truth, but that's only a small part of their inner world. Remember, there are still females in this world with functioning sexual organs who think that the female orgasm is a myth. People's knowledge is limited by their experiences, and since the average person has few enough partners in a lifetime to count on one hand, and open talk of sexuality is often highly taboo.... Well, their opinion about what is "normal" is probably skewed, at least slightly. (Though interviewing people is useful for other reasons... You can learn their mannerisms, speech patterns, etc., and if the character is written in third-person, this may be all you need for non-sexual scenes! Besides, some of the most interesting conflicts revolve around the difference between what people think they are and what they actually are.)
But let's say you have access to perfectly accurate information. You're still not guaranteed to write "good" sex scenes, because no matter what the purpose of the scene, it's very, very, very rare that what you write is going to resemble reality in any way beyond the most superficial without turning off readers. If it's erotica, well... Real sex is boring to watch and kind of gross if you aren't the person having it. (Zach and Miri Make a Porno demonstrates this delightfully. I highly recommend it.) If you're writing some literary fiction masterpiece in which the central plot revolves around a sexual relationship as a way of demonstrating some universal human truth (I'm thinking Lolita here, and books like it) then the reason is because you have to provide the audience with enough information to avoid pulling them out of your story, without being so graphic and realistic that they end up shocked out of the story. Either way, what you write is going to bear only passing resemblance to "reality".
IMO, erotica really is one of the hardest things to write, no matter who you are. Everyone has had sex, so everyone thinks they know what it is. But at the same time, most people don't talk openly about sex with other people and generally don't have tons of sexual partners in their lifetime (certainly not enough to be considered a random enough sample for them to be able to judge what's "normal" in the general population). Sex is also one of those things that people are really terrified that they are doing "wrong". The result of all this complicated sociology is that people are often very opinionated about what's "right" without really understanding that sexual experiences are, in reality, hugely varied and individual. Even two people of the same gender, sexual orientation, race, socioeconomic status, and social background may have radically different approaches, attitudes, experiences, desires, and even anatomy! So even if you do all your "legwork" you're going to have people saying that what you write doesn't make sense because it doesn't match up with their own personal, highly unique experiences.
My opinion on this is, If you aren't worried about artistic integrity (and many of us aren't, if we're writing erotica), focus on what turns /you/ on, and to hell with people who say it's not "real". Chances are very good that people who are like you will also be turned on by it, so someone, somewhere will also enjoy what you wrote. And isn't that kind of the point of writing for other people's entertainment?
But let's say that I was really concerned about pleasing an audience that is very different from myself. For the sake of example, let's say that you're a gold-star lesbian who wants to write a literary fiction novel about a gay couple in which the sex figures prominently in the story without being intended to titillate, with gay men as your target audience. You have a two-fold problem here: 1) you need to know biologically how the male anatomy works, and how it's different from your own, and 2) you need to learn about gay male sexuality/desire and how it differs from your own so that you don't pull your target audience out of the story by writing something that's wildly unfamiliar to their experience.
The easiest first step is to read a LOT of sex scenes written with gay male characters. If it were me, I would try to get a good dozen that are written with a female target audience, and then get another good dozen written with a male target audience (examples that were actually popular with the target audience, of course), and I would try to make sure to cross genres and "types" of stories in order to figure out what's common to the sex scenes regardless of plot considerations and genre conventions.
After picking these apart (you don't get to just read them for funsies... you have to go back and analyze them for structure, character, and other elements), I would figure out three things: 1) What is common to all of these stories, regardless of target audience? 2) What is common only when the audience is female (red flag for things that either women think men are like, or that are specific to a female understand of sexuality), 3) What is common to all the stories that are popular with a male audience, but missing in the books for female audiences (red flag for things that are common to the male experience that women are unlikely to know about, and therefore aren't bothered when it's missing).
Once you've done all that research, you probably have a pretty good idea of how to write a story that gay men will appreciate. You may not have as much fun writing it, if you're a gold-star lesbian, but if you do your research well and make sure and actually use that research, you have a pretty good chance of writing a story that a male audience will identify with and enjoy.
All this being said, I've never once used this technique for writing erotica. I just write what I find to be sexy and if other people like it, then great. If not, then there are most likely piles and piles of things written by other authors that they WILL, so I just don't worry about it too much.

That....was longer than I expected. Sorry!
The tl;dr: Talking to people isn't always the best way to get into the minds of people very different from yourself. Sometimes the best way is to read fiction that is written for and enjoyed by the type of person whose head you're trying to get into.

This is complete speculation, but what the heck: I'd say that unlike Gaelic and Elvish, Japanese is a language to which a lot of your readers--that is, anime fans--have had at least some exposure but in which most of them probably lack substantial expertise. And fans of anything have a tendency to argue vehemently over things that they have just a little bit of knowledge about.

A: Anything is possible. Elves have always been associated with Gaelic language for so long that multiple generations have strong associations of Gaelic with all things Elvin. I think that it does not catch the same flack because of the strong association of language with the beings. Their long standing Gaelic name has been written in the original form in many published books for over 150 years. Tradition has carried over into most modern fantasy and mythology books which probably plays a major role in the second language acceptance for such stories.
I've never had any problem reading sci fi stories that contain *alien (always made up languages*), Gaelic, African, or any other language in dialog. Authors often used foreign words through the late 80's. Additions of such languages was the main gimmick to remind readers that the beings were speaking in their native tongues and nobody cried foul. Even if readers had no idea what the word meant before checking the book's back glossary, it was very much normal to check for glossaries when buying books for our fun reading. When the PC police began throwing fits in earnest during the late80's and got super active in the 90's, the number of books with multiple languages present evaporated overnight.
The anger with Japanese word editions might be a sign of PC conditioning to become super sensitive. So many issues have gotten the super hard push to be politically correct that everything said or done has the dangerous potential to make people uncomfortable. Innocently intended additions of another language within dialog may actually fit that category, and so people are getting offended due to the belief that only creatures with centuries of tradition may have more than one tongue to speak.
In the ancient past, (1940-ish to 1988) everyone understood such language additions were the highest form of compliment. Now . . . everything is viewed as a cause for offense as often as not. So, I think it very possible that the political correctness crammed down our throats from birth to death since the late 80's could have quite a bit to do with the new aversion. The fear of offending has done much to stifle many forms of art over the last 2 decades.

It's funny, because I have one story peppered with a bit of Gaelic, and another couple that have some dialogue in elven, and I rarely get the kind of grumbling pro or con that Japanese seems to bring out. I wonder if it's the extreme fascination we have for all things Japanese, a fascination I understand that they share in terms of our Western culture?
