I’m glad you did figure it out, because in my opinion, it’s not a regular relationship thing. There’s a whole lot of subtext to a straight woman falling for a lesbian, and while I do think it’s entirely plausible, you’d need to be careful to give enough of that subtext so readers can also find it not only plausible, but natural. That’s the tricky bit, isn’t it?

Right! Thank you! That’s what I was trying to figure out. I didn’t want it to feel forced because the lesbian has it bad for this woman. I guess what I was trying to figure out was the “right” time frame to when the woman will fall in love. I didn’t want it to be: “omg, she likes me and maybe I should try this” and everyone will tell me that’s not believable lol
