Bank sends me message, 6 weeks in advance that my card is about to expire and they'll send me a new one... 7 days left until expiration date, and I call to make sure they weren't just pulling my leg. Guess what?! They forgot to mail the fucking thing!!

Lady at the call center said that they're sending it right away, and it should be here at the end of the week, start of next at the latest... I'm annoyed, but not enough to go growl at them... but I AM going to use this when it comes time to ask for a new credit card...
