My name is Andy and I live in Australia. Pretty obvious. I spelled 'Aussie' as 'Ausy' so it's just four letters like my name.

I'll add a story I really like to my recommended read list and check every few days to see if there are updates or even new reviews for the story. Although I have only been a member here for a little while, I would just be happy to see updates, even if it takes so long that I forget about the story all together. There are a lot of good reads out there to keep me occupied.

This thread should be a requirement for all authors to read. It would make them a better writer. I don't like when people write a some words in another language. Or when the chapter is full of author notes. I don't really care whats Cannon or not, or if they mix it up with original stuff, as I don't know anything about the characters for all these cartoons anyway. Minor sex stuff: I don't like reading about a 30 year old having sex with a 16/17 year old. But I don't see a problem with 16/17 year old's having sex together. But no younger than 16. When I was 16/17, if you hadn't had sex then everyone thought there was something wrong with you. I read a story that I might like, if I don't like it I stop reading it. Everyone has their taste in fiction, and I like to give stories a chance even if it sounds like crap.

I start with characters. I figure out what sort of person is he, how old is he? what does he do? what does he wear? what model Harley does he ride? Is he in a relationship? If so, is he in a relationship with a male or female? (theres the next character in which I would do the same whole research type thing to develop the character) I also draw or modify pictures so I know what he looks like and stuff. Then build the story around him. -OR- I just base stories on stuff I like. Like, at the moment I have about six story WiPs, all only about a chapter done each. Two are Fallout 3 stories, another is like an adventure/relic hunting type story - because one of my favorite books is 'Seven Ancient Wonders', another is about a couple of guys on the run after robbing a big-time criminal - which I had a dream about that then wrote it, another is about a couple of mercs in Africa - because I love the setting of 'Far Cry 2'. I just do stories about general stuff that I like, and would like to control to make a story out of it.

I like slender/athletic guys, but not really muscly. So, someone slim with nice abs. But not with muscles popping out of them.
