    Don we now our gay apparel! It's Holiday time folks! Time for turkey, Egg nog and kisses under the mistletoe!

    I'm offering you all the chance to pass around the Egg Nog and tell us your best Winter Holiday Tale! That is of course Deck the Shout Box, a collection of one shot original fiction with a Winter Holiday theme from our wonderful wordsmiths here on Adult-fanfiction.org.

    Guidlines:

    • One Shot (Max. 50k words)
    • Holiday element (Christmas, New Years, Yule, Hanukkah, Santa, Reindeer, Elves, monorrah, mistletoe, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Turkey, Family... all of that crap. )
    • Original Fiction
    • At the top each story MUST include the tags for your content.

    ​On the 20th of December, I will post in the archives a story titled "AFF's Deck the Shoutbox 2015" . You may add more than one story as long as it fits the a general winter holiday theme. Also, the story does not have to be sexual in nature.

    If you're interested please reply with your pen name on the archives, a short description of what you might write about and the title if you don't have a title that's fine just put (unknown). (Example: see below). I will keep track here of those author's interested.

    NOTE: This is not an attack on Christmas, it can cover New Years and Thanksgiving and every holiday in between. If you think this is a war on Christmas, please see Walmart... they've had their decorations up since the day after Halloween.

    So... can we talk about this latest chapter...?

    For you to adore Aneurin, your emphasis on his "death" was... well, it was lacking! LOL Then again, it's being told from Val's point of view so she could only describe but so much. Yorwrath's on the other hand was a bit more detailed and therefore more effective and meaningful. I know that she couldn't do anything about her husband's but I can see her want building for Yorwrath, no matter that she basically said she didn't like for people to die on her watch.

    I'm with BW: their budding relationship is definitely intriguing. He's annoying, cocky, demanding, racist... I could go on! But you're peeling away those layers and revealing that there are good reasons for him to be that way. And it's easier for us to see why Val respects him.

    My opinion: she'll probably never love him the way she loves Aneurin. And he's probably fine with that. So, I think that even if the Queen beds all three, it will be purely physical with the others. Maaybe a bit more with Islwyn but you're so contempt with making him untrustworthy... :P

    Great chapter, as always!

    Yeah... the death was lacking, part of that was just because of who Valentina is as a character. Aneurin's death was totally out of her hands, she couldn't do anything about it. Yorwrath on the other hand was something drawn out over the course of a week and a half. She just kind of threw herself at Yorwrath and his illness partly because she could turn off her grief for a while a tackle the problem she had before her.

    Well, for now, anyway. Until the Redcaps figure out he'll never be the warrior he was, and slit his throat for him, since he won't even be warrior enough to challenge in a fight.

    This would be me worrying, by the way. This is because my brain doesn't want to deal with real life, so it finds other things to do. :(

    Well the question is does he need to be the warrior he was. Eyes are important... that is all I am going to say. :D

    Chapter 10

    Anyone who was not already aware of what an unattractive crier I am is surely aware of it now. I've been sniffling on and off all day, having made the mistake of reading this chapter far too early.

    Having said all that, the relationship between Valentina and Yorwrath has gotten even more complicated, and I'm not at all sure how I feel about that. On the one hand, they are developing a grudging respect, which is good, but I still have such a sinking feeling about Yorwrath's future. I know Valentina will do what she can, but it may not be enough, and he's far from safe. For a supposed villain, he's gotten too damned interesting, and I'm going to worry.

    And the obligatory cliffhanger, which will hopefully be Aneurin and Caiolfionn riding to the rescue, Islwyn be damned. Duplicitous druid...

    And now I'll go off and cry a little more, just because.

    *hugs BW* I'm sorry...don't cry, at least Yorwrath's alive!
