All i really remember is that Izuku is a vigilante and while going to replace a wire he runs into Eraserhead while dumpster diving.  Eraserhead does eventually find out about him and about him i think? And I think it might be part of a series but I'm not sure and I'm not sure where I read it sorry any help is greatful.
