Hermione has a sister

I read a fic a few years ago on the now deceased site HPfanfic archive. It was an alternate universe where Harry is a gray wizard and well trained. Hermione has a sister, I believe younger, whom Harry trains. I remember that Hermione is jealous. I remember where Hermione complains to her mother. I remember a beach scene where a young Gabrielle Delacour sees Harry and wants to jump him but her mother takes care of Harry's needs instead. I have looked everywhere I can think and searched using different phrases but no luck. Anyone have a clue on where it is located? Thanks
