A reward for all of his sacrifices God transmigrates Naruto into the body of Riser Phenex before his fight against Issei. Still angry that he died without achieving his dreams because of his naivety, Naruto swears that he is going to enjoy his new life as Riser to fullest, starting by defeating Issei and taking Rias as his wife.
