2 opposite things could be true and still happen:

Dumbledore was right, Love really was the power Voldemort knew not, Love would defeat the Dark Lord 100/100 times in Harry Potter's Favor

Also Albus Dumbledore is an idiot who's plan was lucky and Harry Potter fell ass backwards into defeating the Greatest Dark lord of the last 900 years.

See Harry never experienced Love and while he had a great capacity for love never got the chance to truly show it.

That is until after the war. Once the stress and worry drained from Harry a surprising thing happened, More Puberty. His stress levels strained his growth for years and with his stress gone, The Heir Potter would sprout. He would also uncover the very power he was meant to use to defeat Voldemort.

Harry was this Centuries Progenitor

A Progenitor was quite literally a gift from magic to those considered magical creatures, unlike when wedding a normal wizard their blood, their abilities thinned. Rather than Half and Quarter or even lesser Veela blooded Witches born, any child of Harry's would be Full 100% Veela. It is how races like Veela, Merfolk, Banshees even Vampires and many many others maintained their numbers and magical Uniqueness.

Harry Potter would be the Progenitor of the next Generation of Magical Humanoids

Requirements!

1) Harry must technically be a Magical Creature, a Progenitor

2) Harry/MASSIVE HAREM

3) As Harry has children they while having traits of his will be fully whatever their mother is and lack the ability to be a Wizard/Witch/Wixen. The only exception is of the mother was a Witch and lacked other magical heritage

1) Many of the magical races that work with the progenitor have been waiting for the day for one to appear and so they have been Breeding and training their children and childrens children to gain new abilities so when the Progenitor comes they can hopefully breed these Mutations into the future of their races, like Merfolk trying to breath on land, Werewolves trying to have some control over their transformations, Vampires sending Dhampirs to get sunlight resistance ect.

2) Harry while understanding his role is also very sweet and caring to his partners and new wives, instilling a relationship with each one

3) Harry gains access to his wives and childrens abilities making him a chimera of abilities and powers and even forms, able to shape-shift completely Into a Werewolf!Harry, or a Merman!Harry or a Veela!Harry or a Goblin!Harry or a Oni!Harry or a Naga!Harry

4) Harry and his wives face down the IWC which killed the last Progenitor out of fear of his abilities

5) Maybe some crossovers like Vampire x Rosario, Daily Life with Monstergirls, Lost Girl (TV series), Teen Wolf (TV Series), or even DC Comics (Maybe Harry becomes a Superhero with his new Magical Creature abilities!
