What Tsunade doesn’t know is that right after she left the Raikage visits Konoha, and what Naruto doesn’t know is the the Raikage is Tsunade's secret lover, and now he thinks that Naruto is his lover because of the Transformation Technique. Raikage x Naruto(transforming to Tsunade) Naruto forced to sleep with the Raikage so that no one knows that Tsunade left the village. Optional: Raikage x Tsunade x Naruko(Sexy Technique) Tsunade returns while the Raikage still in Konoha, but instead of finding that Naruto is angry because he was fucked by the Raikage she finds that he enjoyed it, so he asks her to let him join her and the Raikage in his female form.
