Looking for a Naruto leaves The Hidden Leaf Fic

Hi Everyone,

As the title says, I’m looking for a fic where Naruto leaves the Leaf.
I remember that he gains the memories or is the reincarnation of the last Uzukage memories and he feels Uzikagure[sp?] calling him.
I remember him going to the old Uzumaki Island and in the wreckage, he finds a seal that calls everybody with Uzumaki blook or thought Uzu was home, back.
 Please help.
