For the past 3 months Harry had been hard at work. Fortunately this time the Hard work wasn't life and death, it was the repair of Hogwarts. The Goblins had refused to help but Wizard had building techniques of their own and it became easier to repair the enchantments as they learned and relearned the building skills of their ancestors. The work that oftentimes didn't work well with casted magic meant that Harry was getting quite the physical workout along with the dozens of House Elves constantly feeding the workers (Harry often got Double Rations from the Elves) Harry had not only regained the weight he lost starving in the woods but gained some muscle as well... But Harry had noticed other changes than just how much taller his Biceps were and his ability to count his abs. Like his sex drive had gone out of control... Even for a 18 year old man, every waking moment sex was pushing it's way into his thoughts. It wasn't something he even put much thought into, thinking Puberty and Lack of Murder Attempts were just reeking havoc on him until he heard over the Wireless. Kingsley and the Remaining Unspeakables came forward and told the world of their findings.

Magic had decided the Wizarding World needed a population boom and was seeking to force it to happen.
