So what I remember of the story. The main character is a girl who is very smart, but diagnosed with something. By Law, she needs a Therapy animal. The Dog she gets ends up being an experiment or something by Elon Musk, to try to make Dog Girls, as he already made Cat Girls (Or something to that effect) By law, The Dog can do whatever it wants to her. It had a few chapters to it.
