A Fleur Delacour story The summer before the triwizard tournament Fleur's grandmother is telling her all her responsibilities as the heiress of the veela clan that after she graduates from school she'll have, unknowningly to her grandmother Fleur is submissive to the point of willing wanting to be a sex slave to someone that will only see her as a slave like a pure blood supremacy, one of the secrets her grandmother lets her in on is that if a veela willing gives her wand to another person the veela will be the slave to that person until they get there wand back and at the point of giving the wand back that person can ask the veela to snap her wand and become that person slave forever and one of the other secrets she learns is a spell that will enslave a veela but only the head of the clan and heiress know it and they are sworn to secrecy but with Fleur before she can be sworn to secrecy something comes up for her grandmother to have to do so Fleur is not sworn to secrecy so her time at Hogwarts she finds a person she wants to be the slave of and she tells him all the secrets she knows about how to enslave veela's.
