Trying to find please help

I'm trying to find a story I read that had harry potter characters as magical horses, harry and severus were mates and the other sets were draco and hagrid, the story was about how severus adopted harry as a foal because he was born fully black and James and lilly abandoned him, as severus was a black horse to he took harry under his wing and later on after time past the both mated. At the end of the story I remember it became reality as dumbledore owned a land that had the horses on the property.
