Voldemort/ harry fic

So it was several years ago I read the fic. Voldemort has a child harry somehow and was like "this is my cat". No cat attributes that I can remember. I remember Voldemort feeding Harry cat food and wondering why he got sick, so he brought in a healer and they did some spell that happened for in ye olden times so slaves didn't die of starvation because even if they ate dirt it sustained them. I also remember voldemort cut off harrys legs below the knee because he didn't want harry to walk upright because that would be a weird thing for a cat to do y'know? I think Harry was like 4-8 in this? Ish?
