Searching for a Harry x Severus x Remus

Hi all, I'm looking for a harry x severus x remus slash fic.

In the story harry has left for the elven realm after draco aborted his child. Severus is currently in a relationship with remus and searches harry out in the hope of saving him from an illness he has. To do this all three of them must bond. However after they have bonded harry believes he is intruding on their relationship and leaves but they find him and everything is happy until draco decides that he wants harry back and believes that getting rid of severus and remus will do that. Remus ends up dieing from silver poisoning and harry and severus remain together.

That's all i can remember of the story *though it's alot better than i make it sound*. If anyone knows the title, author, website i can find it or all three I would greatly appreciate it.
