Hatake Kakashi should have a new surname. He must have a least one older half-brother who dislikes him. Kakashi's mother raises him, his father - a wealthy CEO died in a car accident with his ex wife. His older half-brother is an ass who took everything just to spite Kakashi's mother - he also sued her (later) and she loses everything. Kakashi's mother was his father's secretary 

When Kakashi is fifteen, his mother abandons him and leaves him in the foster care system 

Future Underground Hero Kakashi

Founder of Underground Hero Agency (Hokage) - Hatake Kakashi 

Kakashi has a complete set of Obito's Mangekyo Sharingan (can activate and deactivated at his will)

Kakashi can use Chakra (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Fuinjutsu) - his element affinities include: Kanton, Doton, Futon, Suiton, Raiton, and Inoton. His strongest affinities are - Raiton, Inton, Futon, and Suiton. He can use some Iryo Ninjutsu.

He will not show off his abilities at any point to an audience (so he drops the Sports Festival like a hot potato)

Story picks up when he debutes as a Underground Hero and covers at least 3 cases - continues when he and his Agency take on three-four middle school students with uncontrollable Quirks (Tokoyami Fumikage, Midoriya Izuku, Shinso Hitoshi, (Kuroiro Shihai?))

Shinso Hitoshi is fostered by Aizawa and/or Yamada 

Midoriya Izuku has a Telekinetic Quirk (See: Arifureta - The Commonplace to the World's Strongest's Demonic Dungeon Rabbit (Self-Propulsion)) (Should be in episode 1 or 2 - NOT the Humanoid Bunny person) - can changed directions and propell themselves mid-air, and send out a curved energy attack)

Midoriya Izuku awoke his Quirk while Kidnapped and experimented on. The scientists were attempting to create a stable Quirk enhancement serum.

Kakashi attends the USJ class in which he successfully arrests Tomura and Kurogiri
