His parents are still alive but tend to forget about him. His brother is nice and loves him, he's in ravenclaw I think. At one point the potters left in the middle of the night and forget Harry which leads to him walking to Hogwarts from hogsmead and getting really sick. He goes to live with snape after that. Quote
