Looking for fic - Y/Y where Yugi is (secretly) a genius, Yami a bartender living with roommate Bakura

I read this story yeeears ago. When I search for the details I do remember, I get a different fic. 

What I can remember (but hazy): 

Yugi just moved to an island (or maybe it was Domino?) and is a genius. He doesn't care to share this fact with people because they act differently around him

Meets Yami, a bartender and they end up dating. Yami is roomates with Bakura (?). 

Bakura is with Ryou who is a cafe owner. There was a scene where Ryou wakes up in the middle of the night and Bakura is going out on a job which concerned Ryou. 

Kaiba knows Yugi is smart and wants to be with him. Maybe they go to the same University and they're working on a project (prospective business idea) together. 

Something about a hammock on the roof?
