Looking for a Starfire and Raven fic.

I’m not sure I’m remembering this correctly, but I recall a story where the Puppet King had succeeded in sacrificing Robin, Cyborg, and Beast Boy to his ritual, leaving Starfire and Raven as the only remaining defenders of Jump City. They try to protect the city but are getting overwhelmed until someone arrives to help them. (Not sure if this was a Naruto crossover fic or an OC-created one.)

If anyone knows what I am talking about and can find the story, that’d be very much appreciated.
