Looking for a fic that I read some time ago.  It has the initiative forcing bonds between vampires and humans. Angel gets three bonds and ends up seeing up some kind of court at the hyperion due to the influx of power as demons are flocking to him.  Dru is bound to anya, Jenny Callender, and I think someone else but keeps only anya. Some ends up with oz, and one of the initiative soldiers.  I can't remember the name and would really like to read this again.
