Multiple couples (more than the 2 listed here). Fuji/Tezuka some bdsm with them. Gakuto/Oshitari and many others. Part of of the story line Gakuto had been raped and Oshitari got vengeance on the person by shaving down the soles of the rapist to make the shoes uneven and cause physical damage to them.
