Naruto Chakra Tattoos for Weapons

I have been searching for a fic that I read years ago and lost track of. (Computer with all my bookmarks died.)

What I remember of the plot was this: Naruto was all grown up (living in Suna I believe), and he was a weapons master and tattoo artist. He would use chakra infused ink to create tattoos that could be used like the weapons scrolls in the anime to store and summon weapons. He himself was covered in weapon summoning tattoos.

I don't remember if there was a pairing, but from what I was mostly reading at that point, if there was it was probably M/M.

I would be infinitely grateful if someone out there remembers this story and can point me in its direction. Thanks!
