Can someone write a fanfic for me?

Do any of you do story requests for free, though? I do not have the money for a commission, so I have to rely on it being done for free.

If you do, here's my request: I want you to write a story based off of this picture.

But before you start writing the story, please allow me to give you an outline of how I want to story to go: The plot, sex positions, etc.
