Looking for Spider stories

Hello,

I am looking for two Spider-man related stories:

1. One has him with the Venom symbiote and makes women end up with him due to the alterations it makes to his sperm, it starts out as rape of Felicia before it later goes to having him hook up with Mystique, Emma and another villain whose name escapes me.
2. The other is an AU of OMD where Peter ends up remembering his life with MJ but makes a deal to let her live a happier life without him. He hooks up with several women in that (Betty Brant, Carol Danvers, Jessica Drew.)
