There are some rules in the hidden leaf village the biggest ones are don't  talk about Naruko being a jinchuriki or harm her so they just either ignored her or just looked at her with hatred the other big rule is don't get on Anko's bad side and unfortunately for Naruko she happened to  meet Anko and the two got into an argument Anko tried to Naruko scared and run of (not wanting to hurt a kid who would have started puberty) when it didn't work and Naruko stood her ground even though she was scared effected Anko (people usually runs away apologizing or stand there terrified of her)

Anko decided to reward Naruko for her bravery by taking her out to eat but before getting to the restaurant Anko  noticed that Naruko stinks (just finished training) so Anko had them go to a bathhouse first so Naruko can get clean and Anko learned something that shocked her Naruko was a girl almost every in the village thought she was a boy they even called her Naruto (the only people who knew was Hiruzen, Iruka, and her only friend Hinata are the ones that Naruko knows about the ones that she doesn't know are Kakashi and Jiraiya optional Tsunade can know but I'd prefer she didn't because I believe she'd return and take Naruko then let her pervert teammate raise a young girl but if you don't think that she can know) Naruko then learned from Anko that everyone thought she was a boy Anko who likes Naruko decided to help her after going to Hiruzen and asked permission to take Naruko out of the academy for a while so she could help her/train her

Naruko's training involved how to dress on how  not to look like a boy but a  confident woman (in other words how to dress sexy) normal ninja training torture and seduction training her torture training ended up making her the only one in the village to be able to effect Ibiki and her seduction training involved Anko having Naruko telling her if she liked boys girls or both Naruko told her girls so Anko had Naruko work on being able to seduce any girl Naruko was tricked by one of the elite seduction ninja just for laughs the elite seduction ninjas can seduce can't be seduced or can't seduce someone who was not attracted for example a woman can't seduce a straight woman the one Naruko was told to seduce was a elite straight seduction kunoichi to everyone shock Naruko  Succeeded (although she didn't have sex with anyone because Anko forbid her having sex until she becomes a genin)

When Naruko returned to the academy she is way stronger than her classmates your choice how much stronger

They become genin at the age of 16 Naruko's team is Hinata and you're choice who the sensei is Kakashi

This is either a Naruko and Hinata story with your choice when they get together or Naruko with a yuri harem with Hinata as the main girl
