I remember a lot of random little parts of the story. The story was a mpreg/carrier world where it was completely normal.  This young guy who was like an outcast was trying to fit and went to go have sex with someone and ended up getting raped. After that he starts sleeping around and ends up falling in love with a guy called James Dean (???). When he gets pregnant, the guy flips out and leaves him. The young guy ends up raising him on his own. A few years later another guy ends up moving into town and helping his aunt (???) out in her general store. He was also a pediatrician. Young guy and other guy end up dating I think even though everyone tells him not to. The last thing I remember is that the young guy found out that his new boyfriend’s favorite cousin was actually James Dean (???).
