I’m trying to find a story where Legolas gives birth to twins after hooking up with Elladan and Elrohir  on the boats on the way to Pelargir.  But he does not tell them they are the father because he does not want to tame their wild and free spirit.  The story is actually set several years later while he is fading from unrequited love and the truth comes out.
