HG/SS 8th year mystery pregnancy and kidnapping

I'm in search of a post war story where Hermione finds herself mysteriously pregnant a few months into her 8th year and Snape learns this when he's asked to use legillimancy to discover what happened to her? He then offers to marry her so she and the child won't be ostracized by magical society and they settle down and surprise themselves by falling in love. Then - plot twist! - it turns out H was deliberately impregnated with Umbridge's grandchild so Dolores and her horrible son can get their hands on some inheritance - and once the child is born Hermione becomes surplus to requirements and it's a race against time to find where Umbridge is holding her and the baby.

Does anyone happen to remember the name/author? And it's not Hinge of Fate.
