Searching for a Harry Potter in Azkaban fic

Hi,

 

I’m looking for a Harry Potter fic.

All I can remember is that Harry was in Azkaban. After he was released he moved to America, married and got a child. There was something about Harry marrying into a famous American Herbologist family. After he was kidnapped by Dumbledore to help to war against Voldemort he ist rescued by his family with the help of vampires. America declared war on Britian for kidnapping Harry. Severus Snape and (i think) Luna Lovegood  were turned into vampires.

 

Sound familiar?  Please help me find this fic.

The story is called Miscarriage of justice by dpiloff. Unfortunately, the author removed his stories from the internet.
