First one Snape has to rape Hermione, but he doesn't know it’s her. Later he is recuperating at Hermiones house and keeps hearing a baby cry.

2^nd one Snape asks Hermione to hand him a book, but when she touches it it port keys her to safety.

On the first one he finds out its her when I believe he sees something carved into her when she is reaching for something during brewing

For the second one maybe try “Augury and Ardor” by SnapeySnax on Ashwinder.  There’s a scene where SS tells HG to grab a book and it’s a port key to get her out of Voldemort’s base.  She very pregnant and delivers right after getting out.
