Harry has a twin sister

A long time ago I read a story where Harry had a twin named Jasmine who was the girl who lived. Harry is sent to the Dursleys but winds up being raised by the founders instead. He comes back to his own time before 1st year and finds out he has more siblings. I think he was able to travel back to the founders when he wanted, and he loved his little brothers but didn't get along with his twin and he doesn't want to forgive his parents. Um he helps his sister sometimes, but she gets all the credit and that's all I can remember. Help please!
