Searching for time travel fic

I can’t remember all the details or where I found it but here is what I can recall:

Harry travels back in time but it wasn’t planned or he had no warning because he barely had any money or plans, but he ends up staying with some woman he meets in exchange for work I think, he adopts Tom Riddle to try and raise him properly and at some point he buys some property and raises magical creatures for potion ingredients and such, also he starts a slash relationship with either Abraxas Malfoy or Dumbledore I can’t really remember.
