Hermione draws on Snape?

I read it years ago and I`d like to re-read it, but can`t remember the fic name or author name. What I do remember is that Hermione draws on people with markers and then can do a spell to turn the picture she drew into a tattoo (magical tattoo, it can move). She draws a unicorn (I think) on Parvati (Padma?) does the spell to make it permanent, and her parents flip out. Dumbledore makes Snape investigate Hermione`s drawing process because the Patils think that she`s “marking” (like the Dark Mark) children. Snape has her draw on him. I`d appreciate any help in finding it. Thanks in advance!
