Premise: Takes place in an alternate universe where Minato still died, but Kushina lived and raised her son.  A lot of the events that happened turned out the same way, with only minor changes due to Kushina still living and being there for Naruto.  After Minato died, Kushina swore to never have another man as a lover, and any man who tries to force themselves on her is either met with death or beaten to a bloody pulp.  Tsunade, after having Kakashi take her place as the new Hokage, she discovered one of Orochimaru’s old lairs and some of his notes, which led her to a hidden temple where she found a scroll that contained a list of ingredients that, when mixed together into a drink, grant her eternal youth and life, as well as a healthy libido.

Plot: While Naruto is out one night on a date with Hinata, Kushina is home alone when she receives a surprise visit from Tsunade, who offers to keep her company and brought a round of drinks.  The two women drink for a bit and talk about their past romances, with both admitting that they’re bisexual, but haven’t really decided to be in relationships or intimate with anyone but their respective men (Dan for Tsunade and Minato for Kushina).  They also admit that they have always found each other attractive, but didn’t really try anything because of the age difference between them.  At that point, Tsunade reveals her discovery to Kushina, telling her that if they drank it, they’d never have to worry about age again, and they’d be the only ones that could satisfy each other.  After some thinking, Kushina agrees, and the two women drink the elixir before engaging in passionate sex.  Afterwards, when Naruto finally comes home and finds his mother in bed with Tsunade, Kushina tells him that they’re going to have a long talk in the morning, and that he’s going to have a new stepmom.
