Are Tifa's Boobs Real? Fic

I’m almost certain that the fic I’m looking for was originally on the ANTAGONIST forums on AOL.  I definitely remember reading it some time between 1997 and 1999.  The plot was that Cid HAS to find out if Tifa’s boobs are real, and he ropes Vincent into his shenanigans.  There’s a scene where they’re on the Highwind and he intentionally knocks the ship around so that Vincent will “accidentally” grab Tifa’s boobs.  There’s a scene with Vincent cross-dressing for some reason as part of a zany scheme.  I’m almost certain that the concept for the fic was ripped off from “The Implant” episode of Seinfeld.  Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this fic now?
