The Council will give them a large mansion where they will raise their children and where the men will visit them. It will start with Kushina and Tsunade in the CRA,Mikoto will joins them after her clan death Naruko and Sayuri(Female Naruto and Sasuke) will joins them when they older but before that the Council will "trains" them. Also to gains Bloodline from the others villages the Council will let them sleep with Kushina and Tsunade when they visit Konoha.
