Sasuke and Naruto interaction; Angels, Deamons, and Magic

This is a story I read some years ago.
It was complete.

It was set in a world with three main factions: Heaven, Hell, and the Free Spirits (led by the Kyuubi/Kushina, but really the faction of Inari) and the whole cast of Naruto was divided among those. There were circles of Heaven and Hell which mirrored each other with Earth in the middle where all three factions met among humans.

Sasuke was an angel in charge of caring for orphans while Naruto was the secret son of Lucifer(Minato) and the Kyuubi and thus something between a deamon an a free spirit. This fact was known to the deamons but not to most angels (Jiraiya who selects souls to be born and their gender knows, but Sasuske does not).
All characters from the cast have either bat's wings (born deamons) black angel wings (fallen angels) white wings (angels) or no wings at all (free spirits). Just Naruto has intangible transparent angel wings and several mysterious powers over the spheres.

Te plot starts out with the younger cast (Naruto's) age posing as students in class, just as Naruto tries to inert himself into the system as new student using magic, but someone used their own magic to change Naruto's gender on those forms to female as a joke.

There is some clashing between the factions with the deamons supporting Naruto but having to step back due to Sasuke's powers over deamons--which do not work on Naruto.

Later it progresses to Sasuke showing Naruto around heaven and Naruto returning the favour with smuggeling him through hell.

The plot ends with it being revealed that Heaven wants to take Naruto's soul by force, Kyuubi want's it for her own benefit uncaring if he dies and Hell not daring to interfere as not to harm Naruto by claiming him.
Sasuke steps in, the whole thing is resolved somehow and it switches back to class in the epilogue where some Druid (Kankuro) makes the mistake of underestimating Naruto.

I could go on and on about details,but unfortunately the title escapes me--maybe the story is deleted.
I'd be grateful if anyone had any information abut it's title, author, and what happened to it.
