Here is a challenge that i try to make simple:

At the end of third year, for any reason of your choice, Hermione begins to transform into a succubus and succumbing slowly to her new instincts. When Hermione becomes a true succubus she devellops a new goal, to transforme her two best friends, Harry Potter and Ginny Wealsey, into sisters and to make Hogwarts their kingdom.

For the future hiearchy:

-Queens succubi: Harry, Hermione and Ginny

-Sénéchal Succubi: Daphnée, Tracey and Astoria for Slytherin

Susan, Hannah and Neville for Hufflepuff

Alicia, Angelina and Katie for Griffindor

Luna, Su Li and Padma for Ravenclaw

Fleur, Gabrielle and Tonks

-Citizens succubi

-Servant Humans

-Sex toy Humans

-Slave Humans

For the succubi, try to stay simple: A human form of a beautiful female human, a succubus form with horns, wings, a third eye, and a tail that can become a extensible penis.

Their powers consiste into universal acceptance (ex: by becoming succubus Harry become female but everyone believe that he has always be a she)

Mental dominion: the more weak is the spirit the less energy and sexual interaction are needed (ex: The dursley, Ron and Malfoy become slave with a single look)

Sexual enchantment

Succubi transformation, needs at least one sexual interaction but the more interactions, the more quick is the transformation.

Futanari: Any succubi can become futanari when they desire.
