Hiding a Pregnancy

How long could a woman reasonably hide a pregnancy from those around her?

Now, if said woman is an expert with the sewing machine, (ie, very loose fitting clothes), could this reasonably be hidden the entire time w/o arousing too many suspicions?

Hey Des -

Given a woman's build, how she carries and dresses, I've seen those who can indeed hide a pregnancy the entire time. One person was extremely fit, thin, gained very little weight and hid everything from her parents with looser fitting clothes. Another person was large, also gained no extra weight but her body habitus hid the pregnancy.
