Harry submissive creature contest to find his dominate mate

Harry becomes a creature through some kind of an inheritance. He is submissive. There is some kind of a law that there has to be a contest to find his dominate. There are three tasks and I think in the 2. One there was something about a truth charmed letter? And I'm quite sure that some of the Weasleys, Snape and Draco were vowing for his attention (I think Snape was unwilling and tried to do bad)
